Fitting In

I enter the hall
wondering where to sit.
People stare.
I spot an open seat
and immediately drop into it.
Relief flows through me.
I’m a part of the crowd.

There is so much depth in this poem. I think we all like the feeling of fitting in. You captured the emotion of this experience well in this one. Keep on writing! Love you, Mom

Well, I usually enjoy that situation. Perhaps, because I don't want to be part of the crowd... : ) Excellent picture, great job, Shannon. And don't be shy. : ) Ruben.
