THE TOWER OF LIGHT

Along came twilight

The air grew still

Soft shadows

Soft light

The moon rose above the hill

We pulled in our deep spun coverings

Watched a moon

Rise silently and bright

Towards the hill

A light could be seen

Glowing in the distant green

A meaningful look

Of futures’ past

In the world of the Faerie Queen

The night

Young and still

The moon, bright

Beckoning

To the tower of light

I held her hand

Together, across the moon

We flew

Faerie magic

Faerie dust

Across the night

To the tower of light

Inspired by the magic of faeries no doubt. Very mysterious and magical.
