My Life

My life is but a wheel
Rolling down a steep hill
Never to slow down
And never to speed up
keeping the pace of time
Sometimes it doesn't even seem
I'm moving it seems
My life is at a holt
Has been brought to a stop
By the path I have chosen
Cracks and bumps fill the road
I roll on my cuts and bruises
leaving me with nothing but scars to show
For the life I've lived

Powerful write, impressive material here, I like the flow of words and the directness of how you describe your life. You work is strengthening, keep it up, I really enjoyed your word use, this poem flows like something I would have penned. Great job...Raul
