So very true my friend and the quick buck spends like fire set free in the forest. There is a greater reward stored in heaven :-) I thank you for sharing the read. God Bless, Always, Adell

yeah, so well expressed. Your poems are so full of love, warmth and TRUTH Deneen. I used to fancy a great deal about money and things it can provide years ago but now its all changed, maybe poetry changed me under the shadow of God. And this very lesson of riches have I been learning. I thank God for this early recovery and all of you great people here who make me feel home. Thanks for your warm comments dear. Love and blessings, Chitra

You reminded me my bills are due lol. So true . As you well know true riches are given to us in heaven, but when you think about it salvation is the greatest gift that you can receive worth more then all the money in the world and you have it. Your so wealthy Deneen praise God blessings Michael

Deneen just a fantastic short poem that tells it all like it truly is - I spent my lifetime on the wrong side in search of wealth and to be honest I used to make in a week what I now make in a year - But thats ok because what I have now is earned honestly and no one gets destroyed in the process - God Bless

Great analogy. Barely making it from paycheck to paycheck, and if you are lucky enough to save a little, all of a sudden some little catastrophe happens, and there it all goes. Perfect title too. Well done. Love, Shar
