Another day in the life of a slave continued - Eric Nolan's Blog

Well another day is almost done and I'm feeling okay about today. I am glad to see public outrage flourishing this year. That's a pretty mean statement I realize but allow me to explain. I like the fact that people are bitching about things instead of being complacent and accepting of things that are happening. People are speaking up, letting there voices be heard, making there presence known to the powers that be. Some notable examples of late have been the mother who had the 8 children and already had 6 at home, people are pissed off about that one and rightfully so, a more selfish and irresponsible move could not have occurred, I mean come on that had to be the bone head move of 2009 if you ask me and the real tragedy here is the children all 14 of them. I do feel sorry for those kids they had no choice in being born and it is they that will bear the brunt of their idiot mother and her gambling on big corporations and the over taxed people of California to bail her dumb ass out, not to mention her parents who got recruited whether they liked it or not. Inexcusable, the amount of stupidity that whole train wreck has produced. Now on to Wall Street and that whole diseased pile of so called educated DNA. The taxpayers have given them billions and billions of dollars to bail them out of there own failed greed and what do we get in return ? A company that shelled out 18.4 billion in bonuses to their employees for a job well done, well if you call screwing up a good job then they are right. Then there's Wells Fargo and their brilliant plan to shell out a dump truck full of cash to take their employees to Las Vegas for an all expense 12 day fun filled trip. What part of recession don't they get ? I mean they are supposedly educated and hold degrees right ? or are they hiring dimwits these days ? but thankfully somebody on Capitol Hill heard about this crap and started bitching and within hours they canceled their trip, well chalk up one small victory for the little people, the government finally did something that made sense, surprise all of us and keep doing it. So for me I am very happy people are bitching and I hope that it continues and gets louder and stronger because if we don't say anything then they won't do anything. So keep screaming America, maybe they finally found the volume button on their hearing aid. Tune in tomorrow for more useless ramblings from a tired and pissed off slave.&nbsp; <br>

Eric Nolan Date: 2/4/2009 9:56:00 AM Vince I find your attitudes and views infectious to say the least and I do share them, those that are in power know very little of honor or common sense and in a common sense world you would be in charge, but were not dealing with honor or common sense so to be a pain their ass I believe you have to fight fire with fire and be a bigger pain in their ass. Giving into the primal urges of physical justice is a very enticing proposition but ultimately will do little to change anything. Just my two cents, but I truly believe beating them at their own game by there own rules can be achieved anything beyond that will only give them reason to place you in striped sunlight. The politically correct morons stating you don't understand. Yes we do. They address them as your "honor" but they don't possess any. They address our representatives as The Honorable John so and so. That's an oxymoron. If we address them as mister, then that's just an ordinary moron. I've been pissed longer than an abandoned baby. I voted for Ronald McDonald for Governor because I figured if we had a choice of clowns, I wanted one with food. Mickey Mouse wasn't qualified because he was from Florida. I can see you in a past life being a King in medieval times screaming "off with their heads" I agree with the sentiment but unfortunately we are supposedly "civilized" so I shall bow to the less extreme measure of employing the masses to take from the corrupt powers that be the one thing they love and covet most.......control ! Your absolutely right we as Americans need to take the battle to the streets, and since most of the nation is digitally bound it should be an easy matter to achieve. We have at our disposal a pretty efficient digital army, millions of us are armed to the teeth with email, phones, text, blogs, faxes, video, and our cannons are our voice all we need is a general to rally the troops and begin the attack of public opinion ! Eric Nolan Date: 2/4/2009 7:28:00 AM I don't know if I completely agree with you Debbie, I do see your point though, taxes are from what I see a necessary evil as they do fund programs that are needed, though most programs are useless and a drain on society as a whole. The problem as far as I can see lay with the people who are in charge of spending our money because 99% of the time they spend it on crap we do not need, but then again were the ones who elected them to do the job. I agree with though in the fact that between basic survival and paying taxes, taxes would be the last thing paid, I mean lets be real about it. In any event my goal is to simply get people thinking and with your comments your not only thinking but your passionate about your views and that is fuel for change. Well done and keep fighting. If they use the gas chamber, the banking CEO's should be allowed to sit inside the chamber and watch. Ooops, too late!! The American people need to take their battle to the streets. Fat ass Congressmen will never listen until they see their careers going up in smoke. As for Wall Street, it should be Treated as well as we treated Baghdad when we went to Iraq on an oil hunt. As long as we bow our heads and take it, you are right, we are slaves. Question. Saudi Arabia (14) and Afghanistan (2) send 16 terrorists to bomb the WTC and White House. Why do we invade Iraq? Could it be White House and Saudi Arabian terrorists were in cahoots. Does this mean if we keep having Mexican immigration problems, we will invade Canada? I'm failing to understand the logistics.
