Ah the information age click, click, click is all the rage with a swipe and a tap I turn the page and keep myself locked in a digital cage don't unlock it or let me out without your input I may just pout unlimited data with glee I shout The more likes I get Is my ego's clout See me, hear me and watch me be doing the mundane for all to see follow my content and subscribe Please belong to my digital tribe as I offer you a binary bribe of the empty, sad and alone keeping you hooked and glued to the phone with mediocracy and a bit of glitz it's my soul sucking message A dollar raping cyber blitz All I care for you and yours is the attention I get from you worthless whores so open your wallet and pray to me that liking me isn't free Ain't I cute? Tee hee Now pay me and leave me be Eric (and sometimes not)

Andrew, Thank you and I am glad you liked my latest offering. I will check out your poem "Digital" as I like the title already, I seem fascinated with this binary prison we have built ourselves and seem content to remain locked in. Good poem, Eric. I'm not inclined to subscribe to anyone I see on the internet. I am more inclined to believe it is a scam, whether or not it actually is. I'm simply not willing to take the chance.

L Milton, I am in compete agreement with you however I feel it is all a scam both on and off the internet. Everything seems to be designed to get into your wallet nothing more. All of us just fighting over the same sad dollar. Thank you for taking the time to comment it keeps me motivated to keep writing.
