Many thanks to all who entered the contest. It was difficult choosing among the many excellent entries and it was made no easier for you as my recent Blitz of Donald violated both the length requirement (52 lines rather than 50) and the naming convention (I used the last word in line 47 to end the title rather than the first).

In judging I relaxed the blitz format requirements somewhat and focused more on flow and relations to the Valentine's theme. In particular I was looking for short lines that flowed smoothly. It's as much a structured rap as a poem and I judged this by reading the poems out loud to myself.

Thanks to all entered and congrats to all the winners. Like more formal forms of repetitive poetry, the blitz almost writes itself although it's hard to keep track of line numbers.
