I Want a Pony

Wants her husband to buy her a horse,
He’s fighting hard, she’s got no remorse.
She’s dreaming of stables, he’s gasping for air,
Night after night, she’s out without a care.

I want a pony, oh can’t you see?
Your wishes mean nothing to me.
I want a pony, to ride away,
She has other men she wants to play

She whispers sweet nothings, they’re just lies,
Tears in his eyes, she wipes them dry.
A smile on her face, she runs into the night,
While he’s losing the battle to cancer,
She’s winning the fight.

I want a pony, oh can’t you see?
All your wishes don’t mean a thing to me.
I want a pony, to ride away,
She has other men she wants to play

Saddle up my heart, you’ve torn it apart,
Hard to believe you’ve got no love in your heart.
But still I hold on, to a dream that’s gone wrong,
You’re riding away, I’m Stage 4 and almost gone

I want a pony, oh can’t you see?
Your wishes don’t mean a thing to me.
I want a pony, to ride away,
She has other men she wants to play

I want a pony, can’t you hear me cry?
Give me a horse so I can leave you to die.
Go to the light, I’ll show you the door,
You wanted a love, not a cold-blooded whore

infidelity

broke her solemn vows
met her lover at hotel
husban watching them

Blood That Isn't Mine

A name I gave, a hand I fed,
Nights of toil, my dreams I bled.
The cradle rocked with borrowed cries,
Yet truth lay veiled in whispered lies.

I wore the crown of fatherhood,
Built a home from flesh and wood.
But silence kept its sharpened sword,
And struck me down.

DNA, a ruthless guide,
Revealed the secret long denied.
The mirror cracked, the lineage torn,
A trust betrayed, a child forlorn.

Oh, heavy weight of hidden sins,
Where family breaks, and pain begins.
Love was real, yet roots deceived,
A father made, but not conceived.

So judge not quick, nor love disown,
For bonds of heart are seeds well sown.
But let the law, with justice broad,
Stand guard against paternity fraud.

Infidelity

(A lone voice whispers)

l still miss that sweet voice
Whose noise used to make my heart rejoice

But choices made need to be paid without delay

So the Big Old Church Book says

Foundation of the piece.

The person who thought the grass was greener on the other side.

Drinking infidelity

Stunning beauty her face really was!
She was shaped more like a lovely vase.
Never for a one night stand!
Booze brewed my sins in bare hands!
Beer dragged my shame under my wife's claws.

Marital vows in dust

Stunning beauty! Her face truly was.
She was shaped more like a lovely vase.
Her steps left footprints of lust.
My marital vows, in dust.
Drunkenness painted her with no flaw.

Liquor whispered love to her hearing,
But when she turned, beer stopped its cheering.
Booze brewed my sins with bare hands!
My shame buried in the sands.
Then, devil took over the steering.

Dumb star

My Mr moon tells me I shine the brightest

My Mr moon is the smartest

My Mr moon enjoys it when I miss him

My Mr moon smiles when I'm clingy

My Mr moon swears that I'm pretty

My Mr moon cradles my thigh, and whispers that I'm the apple of his eyes

My Mr moon sought out my heart

My Mr moon journeys far and beyond, to fill me with his warmth

My Mr moon melts me with his gaze

My Mr moon's eyes drops precious tears when he leaves me

My Mr moon smells like chamomile

My Mr moon only comes at night

My Mr moon tells me it's going to be alright

My Mr moon thinks I can't see his lies

My Mr moon thinks I'm just too dumb

Mr moon doesn't know I watch him waiting for Mrs sun

The Tables Will Begin Turning

The tables keep on turning.
The wheels keep turning.
Eyes that are burning.
A vision of deception
a heart left mourning.
All of that is over
waking up to peaceful stress-free mornings.
No longer worrying about lies, infidelity,
or any type of deceit.
Discerning and
intuition spoke the truth
overturning.
Karma will soon
be returning.
This is the truth and a warning!
The tables will begin turning!

Roaching

In shadows, secrets silently we keep,
Roaching, hidden hearts in shadows deep.
A dance of secrecy, a delicate art,
Concealing love, but breaking no heart.

In whispers, we maintain this charade,
Multiple paths, in darkness we evade.
A web of tangled threads we weave so tight,
Roaching in the night, love's hidden flight.

With veiled intentions, our hearts we guard,
A clandestine romance, oh so hard.
But in the end, truth's light will find its way,
Unraveling the roaching, come what may.

The Race To End Infidelity

Phwwwwwhht!
Went the high pitched airy sound
From the tiny plastic whistle
And off the competitors raced

Vroom!
The car engines revved
One Male driver with a Mistress in Toyota
Another Female driver with no one in a Honda

Zap!
The race began
Toyota ahead
Honda Behind

Kakpum!
Came the screeching Honda sound
Like the bad guy's tires
In a cops-and-robbers chase

Shreeeerchhhh!
Came the halting Toyota Sound
As the driver and mistress go dumb
With hands above their heads

Phwwwwwhht!
Came the final whistle
The race ended
And none touched the finished line

Waah! Waah!
Came the sound of tears
From onlookers and the surviving competitors
As they stared deep into space

Hahaha!
Came the voice of the judges
Who adored the Toyota Driver’s Bravery
And Condemned the Honda Competitor

Boo!
Came the voice of condemnation
For the Honda Driver
Whom they tagged “Foolish”
Blames filled the air
For both the Toyota and Honda driver
But no one won the chase
So Infidelity remained

In Fire

How would it feel if you've to breath your last in fire?
Everything your heart loves, be cast; aghast! in fire!

Living can't see afterlife which weakens beliefs:
You'll decompose to soil or God will cast in fire?

I never thought of having your corpse in my arms;
Your death in my life is a massive blast in fire!

All combustibles burn with heat and ashes, but
Qualities are different which create contrast in fire

We're participants of a strange competition
Diving in firepool to see who'll outlast in fire?

Everyone, honestly, told me about one's life
Second half will pass on flames, first half's past in fire!

A Dream And Infidelity

His eyes inundated with tears implore her
                           kind reconsideration
Blunders turned her expectations to chaos
                           optimism is lost not found
Haste to judgement had painted a portrait
of a dark scene of epic proportion
Wishes to endlessly live, her love merging
                           with his...a dream banished underground.

Love is mere illusion to those who deny its
                           power and authenticity
When unjustly treated it strikes like an asp
                           guarding its hallowed mound
Time runs out while he struggled to invoke
desire and beg for undeserved mercy
Hopelessness held two broken hearts apart
buried in the abyss...with wounds profound.

an
act of
betrayal;
simple as that.
to dismiss it as
a "mistake" is hogwash.
whoever cheats on a spouse
understands the consequences.
it's a clear warning sign to exit.
cheaters are often repeat offenders.

Could a love poem right wrongs
Will you erase the betrayals
Am I that forgiving of you of me
Can cupid fly an arrow despite
the bluest tears sliding down heart
Is love such a powerful potion
That infidelity can not decrease
I love you still and always will
But is that enough?

Latent Destiny

10/14/21

Everything follows you home,
Your skin is denying,
The usual monochrome,
For grip marks applying,
The shell of your catacomb.

Parts are tempted to find out,
The severity of,
Anything I’m forced to doubt,
For the sake of our love,
Entwined in roots yet to sprout.

Gesture or reason won’t sway,
Expel every sentence,
Justifications convey,
Your pleas for repentance,
In the complete wrong way.

You’re useless as a disgrace,
And cliché as lovers,
I don’t need to see a trace,
Your dress barely covers,
Areas that aren’t my place.

This betrayal severs my spine,
My newfound awareness,
Lowers me down from your vine,
And into the bareness,
Of a concrete chalk outline.
