Ice Cream

''Loving Ice Cream''

Having ice cream with you.
Relives the entire portrait in my youth.
Like catnip for a cat, the Reese's fun never stops.
Like monkeys in a zoo, one taste climbs above sherbet treetops.

Ice Cream with you,
How sweet the imagery of 31 different treats
Placid lights topped with peaches in amaretto slushy sauce
Dandelion haven above a marshmallow rocky road
Fireflies flicker around the yummy fresh Lemon Drop Sky
A delightful sundae breeze on the tip of my tongue
Soft frozen chocolate dessert, nothing can go wrong

Ice Cream with You
So many to choose from,
Relish the delicious flavor of Butterscotch homemade rum
There's no other place I'd rather be
Lost Inside this forever hazel green scenery and mint sticks of joy
The ultimate indulgence originates in one icy bite
A creamy coconut cherry delight -served on the side with apple pie
In a cup, on a cone, you my vanilla waffle boy
Everything-- about-- you-- roams free like tubs of ice cream dreams

Listen to the soft sprinkles of cinnamon sound
The happy feeling that melts when you're around
I'm taking a giant scoop of Ice Cream from your heart
Adoring and Embracing Life
Every time you say the words
...I love you...

Love Is Like Magic

Love is like magic
And it always will be.
For love still remains
Life's sweet mystery!!
Love works in ways
That are wondrous and strange
And there's nothing in life
That love cannot change!!
Love can transform
The most commonplace
Into beauty and splendor
And sweetness and grace.
Love is unselfish,
Understanding and kind,
For it sees with its heart
And not with its mind!!
Love is the answer
That everyone seeks...
Love is the language,
That every heart speaks.
Love can't be bought,
It is priceless and free,
Love, like pure magic,
Is life's sweet mystery!!

Lives to Live

I need more lives for me to live
In this universe of beauty;
I plan more days to find new ways
Of doing freedom's duty.
I need not more joy than this
For I am life's dear lover;
And when I wage to turn the page
I'd never want another.

The glorious pledge of sunny Spring
With sweet June coming after;
Bring autumn sighs and summers cries
Lost in winter's laughter.
With virgin moons and scorching noon’s
And stars of a thousand nights;
I'd need no heaven if love be given
With all its sweet delights.

There are many splendors for the eye
And such music for the ear;
The mind would reel with all to feel
And see to touch and hear.
There's many ways to spend the days
And more to do what's kind;
For bread now cast on waters past
Returns again I find.

There are such gifted souls to know
And many more to learn;
While a promise rests in earth's warm breast
And unknown stars still burn.
In six days God made all the earth
The bible is known to say;
Six lives I need to plant a seed
Of love with one for each dear day.

But sad if love should fly away
Or hide his face from me;
Six lives aren’t much if I had such
But one’s all that need be.
With unhappy May and sorry June
Sad dawns and weary night;
A sorry world through space was hurled
When love had lost her light.

Wild Love

The blackberry's love for the garden rose
Brought down the gardener's wrath.
The blackberry sensed the danger
As he wended the garden path.

" A love so true as mine", he sighed,
"Must dare to brave the hoe.
Just a few more feet to reach her,
My true love she must know."

He crept along so quietly,
Sometimes quite out of sight
Until he nudged his darling's feet.
Did he dare to trust the light?

He heard the gardener's heavy boot
And hid in craven shame.
He knew he'd soon be weeded out,
A seedling with no name.

"Have I no worth since I don't rate
Some Latin nomenclature?
Without a well known parentage
Am I a freak of nature?

His darling's line was long and pure,
No skeletons in her past.
He had to make his feelings known.
Those boots were treading fast.

Gently then he wrapped his vine
Around his loved one's spine.
In great amazement he opined,
"Her thorns are sharp as mine".

The sweet rose felt his tender touch
And realized his fear
And wondered at his bravery
In coming to her here.

She heard the swishing of the hoe,
She heard those nearing feet.
Quietly letting down her leaves
In a manner so discreet

She covered her wild lover.
The gardener unaware,
Stopped but to view her beauty.
He saw naught hiding there.

She whispered, "You are safe now".
The blackberry's heart was light,
Thankful that his dear sweet rose
Had not exposed his plight.

"A rose is still a rose." she said,
"By any other name
And in our distant ancestry,
We share some of the same".

"I'd rather know your wild love,
Than a love that's dull and tame,"
Cuddling close, returned his kiss
Without a bit of shame.

Next season there were seedlings
Of a very different kind.
The gardener delighted, cried
"A horticultural find."

The moral of this story?
Things aren't always what they seem.
The love you look down on today,
Could be tomorrow's dream.

oh sweet rose

beautiful rose
covered in
your petal finery
sweet silken
satin soft feelings
singing in praise
touching deeply inside

gentle heart
of sweetness
tenderness flows
from your sweet
scenting aroma
floats inside
the scent

heavenly emotions
enchanting beauty
looking amazing
red in passion
hot soft whispering
pink blushing
orange warm
as the sun beams

dressed in white
you crown angels
petals softly
whispers flow
on scented air
words inside
i love you

kissing and hugging
my love deeply darling
surrendering to you
without doubt
purest rose

i trust
from the petals
into my heart
a crowning jewel
you are queen
amongst flowers baby

I dream of you (to JEW)

What shall I see when I see a picture of you
Frame against rainbow of eternity?
I dream of you ... upon the canvas of my heart ...
Will your eyes melt the sonwflakes, do they
Like the sea glisten with the glow of hidden pearls
Are your ears to be the promegranates of my tongue
And how shall your lips taste to me?
I have dreamt of sweet pineapples, or mangoes
Or some cool sweet thing red with passion
Inflaming the skin
The first otaheite apple of the season.
When you smile, do your lips move like a palm
Slowly yielding to the joy of the wind
And shall dance from sip to sip a hummingbird
Longing to enter the deep throated flower?
I want to see you delicious as happiness
To hold you inthe perfect pear of my heart
Where sunrise lingers long, and night is like a song.
My spirit longs to cuddle you and build my nest
Upon the cushion of your brimming breasts.
O but the night has long, long miles to cross
And spirit glees while flesh counts the distant cost.

Love - Sweet - Love

                                                       Hand in hand
                                       Sandy beach with beautiful sunset
                                                            in love

What could be more romantic than
when the sun is glowing red and orange
                                          melts into the sea somewhere
And two who are in love and goes hand in hand

                                                       A small box
On his knees in the wet sand beach
                                                     Will you be mine

                                              She blushes as the sunset
                                                Smiles her lovely smile
                                                        Yes, I would

The sun melts into the sea somewhere
But for a couple in love, the night is still young

Song of Songs

Like a lily among the thorns,
I found love among the daughters.
Like an apple tree within the wood,
You stand beside still waters.

Sit in the shade with sweet delight,
Your fruit is sweet to taste.
Bring me to the banquet house,
Let there be no haste.

The beams of our house are cedar,
Our bed is clothed in green,
You are the Rose of Sharon,
You are my precious Queen.

His banner over me was love,
His hand around embraces.
But love cannot awaken,
Those till whom it pleases.

You are fair to me my love,
Your face behind the veil.
Your lips a strand of scarlet.
Behold, my love won't fail,

Your breasts are clusters of the vine,
Your desire is for me,
Your breath tastes like sweet wine,
My love for you is free.

Till day breaks and shadows flee,
Till snow goes and winter's past,
Touch my love and turn to me,
Find shelter from the stormy blast.

Like a spring shut up, a fountain sealed,
Like lilies that wither without song,
I reached out to touch my love,
But found that he was gone.

From the Song of Solomon.

You, Me, and Candy

Love is the essence.

Your presence is flavor.

I'll savor you "Now and Later."

Your sweetness is one,

of many candies,

not just good night pillow mint "Andes."

I'm a "sucker" for you,

like an "Everlasting Gobstopper," forever true.

Even if there's "Mounds" on the "Rocky Road,"

we'll "Crunch" it out and keep our oath.

You gave me a "Ring Pop" and I said, "I do."

You're forever my "Sweettart" and I love you.

You know I'm shy, but a great romancer.

"Red Rope" me in, like a "Jolly Rancher."

Let's make it "Good and Plenty,"

as true love's meant to be.

We'll start with "Hershey's Hugs,"

then we'll twist into "Kisses."

Doesn't that sound delicious?

I'll lick your "Necco,"

as you tickle my ears.

My "Snickers" are so hard,

I'm brought to tears.

I'll "Rollo"-ver and purr like a "KitKat"

while you tenderly rub my back.

"Mr. Goodbar," you're way above par.

You make relaxing easy,

like bendy "Laffy Taffy."

You give me "Red Hots" with your fingertips.

""M"mm "&" "M"mm," are upon my lips.

Take me to "Mars," in the "Milky Way,"

anywhere, as long as you stay.

Call me "Baby Ruth," or whatever you please.

Call me your girl, or a playful tease.

You're a little nutty, my happy "Almond Joy."

When it's "Reece's," I'll play with your toy.

You're not so shabby, fancy "Sugar Daddy."

We'd make great "Sugar Babies."

Maybe with lots of practice,

we might have "Twix."

We'll name them "Mike & Ike,"

or something we both like.

You're such a "Big Hunk,"

and I love "Whoppers."

Let's make this night one of many non-stoppers.

(Candy names were originally in bold instead of quotations, but it didn't transfer over
correctly.)

Only Make Believe

Love me though it's only make believe
Kiss me though I really know
You hold me close to just deceive;
Let that one sweet second flow
Over me lest it sink and break
My poor heart, for pity's sake.

Lend me faith for my belief
Give me from your eyes a smile;
Take away this wretched grief
And hold me close a little while.
I suffer now and surely know
You tease me with my forlorn woe.

Sing to me sweet and low
Tell me that you gently weave
Dreams of me although I know
You only play at make believe.
It hurts so much although it's plain
You are the one who scorns my pain.

Indelible

I was seventeen, had one year left of high school and a boyfriend I didn't even love.
It was the end of summer, and I was on the verge of a night indelible
because it was incredible for me.

If "tall, dark, and handsome" had a face, it belonged to one who walked
into the store I worked at nightly all alone. He brought with him a smile just for me -
beautiful, magical, seducing. Were he music, he'd have been the warmest song
to ever touch my soul. Perhaps it was the moon, lunacy-inducing, that made me crave
his visits more and more, for he'd come each night into the store,
his ritual to tease me with his glances; then stand in line with just one purchase,
engaging me with words deliciously belying that he spoke my native tongue.
Did he know I fairly worshiped him?
And where was Aphrodite to let her dear Adonis wander free?

I learned eventually he was staying with a brother and soon would be returning to Quebec.
I do not know, but I can now infer the moon waxed full by the time he asked me out,
for I had waxed complete in my audacity. Knowing it was his last night in town,
I closed the store up early and fled with my Prince Charming.
The stuff of poetry that night transpired. . .
fodder for the several poems of romance I've since penned.
Sitting in his car in front of my own house, late at night, into the early morning. . .
The way he gazed into my eyes, teaching me of butterfly kisses
and his breathing his sweet breath along my ear lobes,
the way our fingers interlaced, the way he caressed the small of my back. . .
He taught me how small things
can be just as sensuous as that act of love that virgins do not know,
and he branded me with a yearning for a sweet romantic love I'd never felt so strongly,
nor would I ever know again as wonderfully as I was shown that night,
for others in my life I've kissed, yet barely missed.

My dream love wrote me postcards from Quebec. Then it all died out.
I married. A few years passed; then I got a call from him, completely unexpected!
Somehow he'd tracked me down to my new home. I took the call,
as I held my firstborn baby daughter in one arm.
Heart in my throat, I told him it was nice to hear from him, but I was married now.
So though I'll never know what "may have been," I'm still left with the memory
I chose to make with him that one day of my life, my very best,
because for just one night, I was Cinderella. A prince still holds my slipper,
and infinite romance lives on inside my poems.

Soft Smiles and Sweet Kisses

Last fire before summer
Come snuggle in close
Lay your head on my lap
While I play with your hair
Tell me of how your day went
Your hopes and your dreams
While we ponder on forever
And what life really means

All my attention you have
While the sagas you tell
Crinkles around your eyes
I know oh so well

Tracing your lips with my fingers
Your face with my hand
I laugh with your stories
And formulate a plan

Keep talking my darling
Your voice like a warm pot of molasses
Soothingly flows through every part of me
Sliding my hand in your shirt
Resting my palm on your heart
Feeling the beat and rhythm of your life

My hand slides down your arm
And the strength I find there
Still makes me take notice
Then my eyes meet your stare

We pile the fire with wood
Throw pillows on the floor
Your whispers so tender
Your lips to my ear
Then spoon me close and hold me near
Soft smiles and sweet kisses
And forever reminisces

For Loves' Sweet Sake

We go through each and every day
With family, friends and foes but,
For loves' sweet sake
We all endure
The chaos, tears and woes

And so you think
For loves' sweet sake
To wrestle with the dark?
Well - you will find that you've become
The bait - and food for sharks

The things you'll do
For loves' sweet sake
Can tear your heart apart
And cause distress where none should be
Who now will mend your heart?

Now this you say to your lost love
"How could you hurt me so"?
For loves' sweet sake
I gave up all
But would not let you go

For loves' sweet sake
You'll change your life
And try to start anew
With hope, with love with charity
You'll face what comes to you

So now, my friend, consider this
And all you've sacrificed
For loves' sweet sake
You gave your all
Hey - was it worth the price?

Let's ask the One who gave up all
To enter into Strife
For loves' sweet sake
He endured the Cross
He gave up His own life

He helped us know how much we're loved
He showed us how to be
This all was done for us -
And more
For Loves' sweet sake you see

Through Telescope Eyes...Valentine....

My desire is not for chocolates…
just for the taste of you
          so sweet on my tongue
(it lingers there as Ghirardelli does)

Do not give me pink stuffed bears
if your arms will hold me
                         on these tossed sheets
(embrace me tight and bridge this space)
                  I send (eyes open)
crimson shed wishes
                       on passion tossed seas
and warm tender kisses
                                 I plead on my knees

Blood red hearts ooze on this page
 Every beat…(feel its rage)
           My heart emits
desperate calls….
                    a whisper on your wind
           (catch it please)

Unearthed flowers are useless…
they wither away
                       into the dust….
(though, calla lilies...if you must)

But you…
                 you are eternal…..

I want no message
                      bought from hallmark
           (much too sterile)

Spill on pages words from you
            that breathe
the breath of life to me

Your heart….it is my reason....

Your soul…
It reflects a sliver satin shatter
                   dusting in my own
A voice…it seems…
                    I have always known

Reminisce this…
Giggles on the pillow
Hushed morning voices
Precious tender moments
lost inside your eyes

Kiss me awake
                      with all your hunger
           (lips of desire)
           Catch this fire!
Tempt me hotly
                      with your touch
I’m still afraid
                when I feel this much
Make me mindless
               for suspended moments
Scattered within
                   your dazzling brilliance
Flames of burning
                    tangerine
                             and rich ruby red
(much like the sunset sky)

“Good morning….my valentine…
         and good night…too”
        I will drink red wine
          and dream of you…

In sweet rainbows colors
if your were mine....

Through telescope eyes...
My Valentine....

My Fallen Fay

Twas’ by a waterfall quite late,
Beneath the stars, full moon awake,
I saw my tiny love, my Fay,
Upon a mossy bank, she lay;

At first glance, I thought a dragonfly,
Poor thing had died whilst on the fly,
Fell there dead on that cold wet ground,
Until a closer look, bent down;

What I thought a mosquito hawk,
Sent me shivers whilst I gawked,
Arms, two legs, such delicate wings,
With Violet gown laid my undine;

I dare not touch her least she break,
Then realized it was my fate,
To take her home, to mend her there,
My little Fay with golden hair;

I placed her in a matchbox bed,
A cotton ball beneath her head,
Cut blankets from a silken scarf,
And tucked her in with weeping heart;

The days that passed where dreary ones,
For I was worse than faerie dumb,
And cursed myself each pacing night,
Inept to help my fading sprite;

With drooping eyes, and quite depressed,
I felt my heart sink in my chest,
My dear sweet Fay was turning blue,
And there was nothing I could do;

My shoulders shook, my tears were rain,
My love for Fay an aching pain,
I prayed take me, take me instead,
Then little Fay moved in her bed;

Into the air, a dart she flew,
Her wings a blur, no longer blue,
Around my head, she circled twice,
Then out the window, lost to night;
My heart became an empty thing,
Until I heard the buzz of wings,
And saw sweet Fay had spun around
With wand in hand, she shrunk me down;

My clothes are piled on the floor,
Gargantuan garb, which I once wore,
Dear Fay prefers my naked skin,
And woods have spider webs to spin.

When East Met West

When East Met West
She found a love at
 its best,
Such a love so difficult
to even express.
You had me from hello
with your tender Caress,
I knew from that moment,
 I wanted the Rest.
A Forbidden Love that was new,
So Strong,
How could one say that this
love was wrong ?
The Very first kiss was so brief,
So tender
I close my eyes and try to
remember.
A skin so soft to the touch
Oh how I love you so very
much.
A smile from you , set my soul
on fire,
the touch from your hands fills
my body with a burning desire.
A moment with you, I want
Forever,
I Long for the day that we shall
always be together.
Such a sweet love so pure, so true
I love each and everything that you
do.
The look in your eyes tell me how much
you care,
In my heart I pray you'll always be there.
I thank the dear Lord for sending me you,
For bringing me love so pure, so true.
A longing feeling when we must part,
That leaves an empty feeling
deep within my heart.
A hope that one day
you might see
Just how much you truly
mean to me.
Now I have sweet dreams
of our next kiss,
That is something I surely
do not want to miss.
Your Now My love, One of my
Best Friends,
Baby I don't ever want our
love to come to an end.....

Enrique Inglesias, is Here too,
Richard Gere and George Clooney,
Minnie's land and Looney tooney,
all around me in a circle,Lamp Of Genie,
Full Of Dreams come true.

I'm a girl of Hundred wishes,
Chocolate Ripple ,so delicious,
Whilst I fall in love,'Amour',
Flowers scenting sweet Odour.
There am i,floating so high,
with the faries in the sky,
I am smiling,No more cry.

I'm a girl of Hundred Wishes,
Clouds are sleeping,Moon is peeping,
Saying 'I Love You',Angels singing
Playing Harps and Violins too.
Stars are dancing,Stars are twinkling,
amongst them,there is You.

Rays Of Light Shining so bright,
Its the Greatest Night,Of Nights,

Paradise My Sweetest Love

My sweetest love hearest thou my advice
Let's leave for the garden of sweet paradise
We will live under a rainbow with cherries
Eat sweet mangoes and bright berries;
Build a cottage in its midst with a skylight
Bake gingerbread as the sunsets at twilight
Shower in the misting rain on our lawn
Sing sweet songs with the birds at dawn;
Make fireflies’ lanterns soothing our mood
The ravens will bring us nourishing food
The sparrows will build our resting nest
Oh my love—my darling, my earnest:
Together we will wish upon a shining star,
And from each other we shall never be far!

Dark Chocolate

Thank God for black on black bigotry,
oh the sweet dark chocolate they left for

me.

Thank you for their eyes did not see
swarthy is the beauty I seek.

Thank you for my brothers misery, because
precious dark chocolate is in love with

me.

The bright of her smile the light of her
eyes the contrast so deep.

Her ebony face her curly locks eclipses
the sun with angelic majesty.

In the moonlight her beauty is of
sparkling gold, God she's my sweet baby to
 honor to love and hold.

Oh the folly my brothers, for when she's
in my arms I dream of a sweet princess,
royalty of long ago

Her kiss the berry so dark so sweet.
Her honey sweet waters streaming replete.

Her shining knight I'll be and the spoils
of war she will certainly keep, on bend-ed
knee I will not harbor a diamond, ruby or
nugget of gold, my swarthy princess
you intoxicate me so.

In your bosom please don't let go.
Thank God my brothers did not know.

Lost Memories

We drank a glass of crimson wine
We drank to long lost days;
Where in the past sweet memories shine
When our love was all ablaze.
But seasons died and visions fade
With phantoms of love's lost dream;
The joys we knew have never stayed
They sleep within this ruby stream.

We picked the purple grapes that lay
Beneath the brilliance of the sun;
Where the shimmer of an autumn day
Was reflected where the waters run.
We hoarded all the clustered shapes
That brought old times conjured up;
Of feet that danced upon the grapes
And wine that filled the chalice cup.

Within these drops of crimson lie
Blushing shackles holding fast;
Those dancing shadows that can't die
Brought fleet winged dreams that hurry past.
We touched the goblet's silver rim
Each sip adored the grape's sweet stain;
Then bubbles sprang from the brim
To assault the spaces of the brain.

Dear King-

# oi KING Mandalay

Influence by the element of air,
You had me at love’s first stare.

Ruled by the element of your water,
Emotions no one can slaughter.

You call upon me like a charmer,
Awaken me out of my outer body armor.

A cobra memorized by your romance,
With a trance of my belly snake dance,

I love your built confidence,
Flirtatiously lost in a hypnotic trance.

Sending a kiss to your sensitive toy,
One day you will be my silly boy.

Your dots fill up my sensual desire,
My passion adds burn to your fire.

I will add water to your thirst.
Motivate me; energize me, until I burst.

While the moon changes your mood,
Your key turns on my womanly jewels of nude.

All my emotions are out of control,
You roll me with the sweet dice of your soul.

A deep erotic ritual to feed the need.
Wanting more arousing the power of my greed.

I will aimlessly satisfy your pleasure of lust,
A loving environment absorbing the devils exotic dust.

Symbolizing our emotions and likes on the same level,
Your Cancer sign comes all twisted like a Tasmania devil.

Influencing the justice with my right hand muffet,
My Libra sign set on two strings like a puppet.

I will shove the love in to everything we speak of,
Secure my bloom with the wings of a dove.

Spoil me with your pride, and charisma of your heart,
Fantasize the beauty of the nature of our art.

Longing your slight touch with a hint of aggressive,
Around you I bury myself in the world of imaginative.

Your sign and element your gift thrives on me.
I exchange the feelings only you see.

Observe me; connect me, until you got my balance,
Have me, love me, and give me all your romance.

All though your ego gets in the way of truth.
My sweet love;-) you are still the one I choose.

The Unanswered Questions

How ironic? Has God ever fallen in love?
I am sure the supreme power does have a clue about love.
Then why are many struggling with questions that have no answers.
If certain sensations are not meant to be then why does one have to go through it?
Or is it a good way to put a check list on Karmic activities.

One’s feeling doesn’t seem to make any sense and the restless notion only brings discomfort.
Even though some things seem so right and pulls one toward a make believe world,
Attempts and efforts don’t seem to fade away.
It is with the tornado of genuine feelings that keep the tingly feeling of love alive.
So does God understand this?

Even though modernization has struck onto the minds of many,
The devotion and willingness to surrender to that person develops a passionate and overpowering desire.
The sweet and sour, or bitter and sweet emotion creates fear or questions fate again and again.
Once the brave feeling has been awakened and humble efforts have been tried upon,
One cannot fight destiny, but can hopefully open a new change to Karmic policies.

As time goes by, one notices that it is no more days, weeks, months, but years that has shaken the foundation of a belief that finally love will conquer over the negativity,
Love is the feeling that has no answers but only a precious sensation is felt.
Again no answers, but more questions and experiences are shown and learnt in every way.
There must be something better stored for everyone that is why one walks through a chain of tests.
Happy living and sustain that positive attitude.

Alone

Alone in my thoughts
Peaceful and tranquil
Your kind face is sought
As a sweet angel

A part of time shared
A wish, a sequel
Wondrous, sweet and fair
Oh, Mademoiselle

In the wings of love

How long can love’s sweet rose lay in the wings,
quiescent, waiting for that tender cue
to open up her heart, dissolve all strings,
before she withers, dulled from absent dew?

In yearning for the warmth that closeness brings
to blush her skin with hints of crimson hue,
how long can love’s sweet rose lay in the wings,
quiescent, waiting for that tender cue?

From shaded canopy her essence sings
in soft soliloquy, songs to imbue
the soul who claims he longs to hold her true,
yet to familiar paths his heart still clings.
How long can love’s sweet rose lay in the wings?

Together at last

They are laughing like naughty children calling out
As they run through the sweet smelling heather
Watching for a gnarled tree trunk to sit and rest about

Looking up into the sky they're wondering whether
The clouds will break and fine rain will fall
Nothing could  mar this moment of joy of being together

They sit close arms entwined shining eyes showing all
The love they have kept hidden all this while
Life has been tough apart as they waited for this  call

No more do they need a watch, time is no longer a trial
Together for always, kisses exchanged, love songs sung
Touching her sweet smelling hair he whispers with a smile

The years have not aged us as we waited for this moment we are forever young
