 Contest Description

How do you feel today?

What to Submit?

1 original, poem on the theme of your current emotion.
Any form is acceptable as long you make me feel how your emotion makes you feel. This is my first contest, so have patience for me as I learn the ropes here. I am so excited to read how you interprit your emotional state. If I cry, then that's great, if I laugh that's also great. Any emotion that you make me feel from your work will be awesome to me.

1. Please include your name and the poem's name in your entry.

2. Please include the type of emotion in your Poem title. (Makes thing easier to identify the expected emotion)

3. No vulgar or mature related materil please. It might offend my moral sensibilities. (Not but sounded good) LOL

4. Let's make sure these are new poems, that way I'm not reading how you felt last year or something. :)

My Inner Anger

My eyesight becomes cloudy when I look,
My hands are shaky and dangerous as a hook.
I tremble in frustration and sweat starts to boil,
I most release this burden and my body from this toil.

Can feel my heart pounding inside my chest,
Can control this feeling, but will do my best.

With all that I am, I must stop this anger,
With nothing to lose I have friends to consider.

An end is in sight, I can feel the release,
I beg you for the forgiveness please.
