One new poem with a pearl as your inspiration. Intriguing because they are the only gems manufactured in a living organism. Take where you want but please follow the rules.
1. Any form except “I Don’t Know” and avoid narrative or prose type writes please. Free Verse is okay.
2. Ten to twenty lines
3. No multiple short forms
4. Put date written on the bottom
5. Must be new poems

Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
