SPARE THE ROD AND SPOIL THE CHILD ? KIND OF ODD HOW OUR GOVERNMENT(S) CAN PROFIT HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS IN DOLLARS UPON WHAT THEY KNOW IS GOING TO CONTRIBUTE UNTO THE DEATHS OF MILLIONS ???? YET, A PARENT CANNOT WITHIN REASON DISCIPLINE THEIR OWN FLESH AS BLOOD ~ THE 'FACT' IS THAT THERE IS MORE CRIME TEN FOLD BY CHILDREN TODAY THEN THERE WAS TEN TWENTY THIRTY FORTY YEARS AGO SO, WHAT IS THE 'TRUE' STORY BEHIND SUCH PATHETIC AS INCOMPETENT LEADERSHIP ? OR IS IT JUST NEGLECT, ABUSE, AND SOME VERY MAJOR CRACK SNIFFING 'WICKEDNESS????`..............
