It can be quite comical to someone watching one walk unaware right into one, hitting them in the face. To watch their reaction, but to the person in temporary shock, it is not so funny until maybe later on in reflection. I loved your haiku. Very clever!

This Haiku was based on a story our youngest son tells each autumn after returning home from his paper-round..(in NL papers arte delivered IN the mailbox mostly part of a front-door) but it's also a metaphor for life.....................fall... Dutch appreciative greetings..
