Moonlight Dance

Walk with me in the moonlight
Take my hand and we'll walk through the meadow,
Stay so very close beside me
And let me hear your voice whisper low,
"I Love you so."
Under the moon's silver spotlight
We hear Love's own melody,
And I hear you whisper softly,
"Come dance with me."

And in that crazy moment
I take you into my arms,
And Love does have its way
I hear no inner alarms.
And there in silver moonlight
We hear Love's own harmony,
And I hear you whisper softly,
"I Love it when you come dance with me."

And now we're dancing through the meadow
Two Lovers holding on tight,
As we dance to the special music
That divine dark does play tonight.
In the music of this strange world
When the moon is shining down Lovingly,
I hear your voice whisper softly,
"I need you to come dance with me."

We dance and dance on and on
The moon it is still shining bright,
The melodies still going strong
We're still here under silver moonlight.
The day, shall it ever come
Or shall our night last eternally,
Shall your voice forever whisper softly,
"Come dance with me."

Hi Rose, thanks for dropping by and the comment. The simple innocence of Love, The child Love's without asking for anything in return, i wonder why grown ups can't do the same. We have to try and complicate everything, even Love. Love, the golden way, Long may we walk it. Keep smiling my friend. Have a nice day. Catch you later. Your Friend...MIKE.
