Time Pirates

How is it that we change
Is it for good or bad we're rearranged
What we love and what we feel
A silent thief has come to steal.

And for all the things we treasure
The pirates daily take their measure
And cast it from their ageless ship
Little by little, bit by bit...

I see your talent has deep roots. I wrote a bit in grade six then ont again until 2005 for about a year and then pretty steadily from 2011 till now. Most of what I have written is here on the soup.

no no, Craig you cannot compare this ugly heat to any other around the world. Texas heat, brings out the ugly and aggression in everyone/ thing down here. I thought you were from the states. at least that's what i heard :-) how about that daily treasure we make of life. casting it as far away as i can. ps. wow! 1965. I am not much of a writer. you are very good. ~SKAT~
