About This Poem

A Tear Fell

Lips to kiss away
a tear of a mighty man,
finger tips that track
the cheeks of his sentiment
hint’s of the love in his heart.

    Harry, I don't want to be too redundant by mirroring the sentiments below, but this is a very heartfelt and romantic tanka....my favourite style of tanka. You do great with the romantic, romanticist, and humanist tanka and senryu.
