H ealth forsakes you
O ver and over magic tonics promise recovery
P otential healing lures promising in the trees, again
E ven Eve knows better than to pick and eat, again

Love Begets Love

Those who love 
Are loved by the Most Loving
Love the unlovable 
Share your blessing
Give alms to the poor
There's wisdom when you forgive
A good understanding when you forget
Love those on earth 
Then we will be loved
By those in the sky.

Respect Begets Respect

Respect is only
Whom people respect is due
Weight purely humane.

Love Begets Love

Take care whom you love
All the good love you offer
Will come back to you.

True Attraction Begets Love

The attraction between male and female
Is truly a force of nature
So powerful even in strife
It literally creates life.

People fall in love
They keep their business themselves
Want to stay together
And wish to stay forever.

What Love begets

The mother loved him before she met him. 
On days when her love posed a threat 
She gambled with her health 
And cradled him against her breast,  
And clenched her teeth  
to preserve the gift her love begets.
She supposed that with this seed 
Her soul could soar free,  
And he- her gentle

Sherrie was loved, felt it every minute
Her mother was a cuddler, a hugger,
She had a good heart, and was kind
She never wanted to grow up

But she did grow up, and became a terrific mother
Hugging and loving her own children
Swaddling them from the world for a time,
Showing them they were blessed and loved.

Love Begets Resilience

Back in our preverbal day
of healthy regenerating time,
indigenous wisdom
pursued peak experiences
of cooperative pleasure,
deep co-empathic embrace.

Sometimes,
especially when this pleasure was sustained,
euphoric,
ejaculatory
and reverberating in resonant cycles
of deep wombed ecstasy,
procreation happened,
preferably in the spring
when new life is more likely to thrive
with bountiful rain
and lusty green bullfrog refrains.

Not until later did monotheistic minds
decontextualize procreative purposes
from pro-ecstatic deep dark 
red-blooded

whose singular minded aim
after lobbing bombs into

Meanwhile many another leader
cherishing their slice of freedom
quakes in their boots
dumbfounded, horrified, tight lipped
as Russian bird of prey

Whilst the Moon Begets My Love

The warm bed we keep is under siege this loving night
Ghostly shafts of the moon's light flicker to plunder my sleep
I stir with tender desire under diffused moonbeam's delight
Your warmth resides near to draw me closer to your cheek

In the darkened night I secretly kiss you tenderly
Your sleepy mystique with eyes closed lies profoundly deep

As a mind of oversized ears

of said bodily disproportion

to drown in a laughing fit

Oh woe, it's spread too far
tall enough to reach a star
imbalanced enough to eventually fall

Kindness comes easily to many who naturally exude goodness
These empathetic people have usually suffered
They recognize pain and hurt thus they try to save others

grudge holding would hurt her heart
