What to Submit?

One poem on the subject of being figuratively restrained.

Something that is metaphorically restraining or being restrained. e.g. A heart being prevented from loving, hating, etc. A mind prevented from growing. A spirit prevented from healing. These are only examples so create this on the topic you wish to use. (DON'T FORGET THE RULES)
