What to Submit?
One poem on the subject of being figuratively restrained.
Something that is metaphorically restraining or being restrained. e.g. A heart being prevented from loving, hating, etc. A mind prevented from growing. A spirit prevented from healing. These are only examples so create this on the topic you wish to use. (DON'T FORGET THE RULES)

Any short form is acceptable.
Preparing Your Entry
Rules:
"Toxic State" behind or as title. (so I don't read early)
10 line max (allows me time for more entries)
Poems should be in English.
