Souper Bowl Sunday

OK me blimey Patriot fans, tis the NY Giants comin atcha with a fistful of downright nuttin but good luck!!  Sure, we're the underdogs, but we've been the underdogs all the way through and it has fooled us into winning every game!  Maybe the Pats ought to be dubbed the underdog this time.   We all wantcha to have a perfect season, though, so it'll be sad if ya don't get it, especially at the hands of NY.    That being said, best of luck to both teams.  I'll be rooting for the Giants.  I'll be happy for the Patriots, and most of all, I'm looking forward to a great football game!   I'm on enough block pools to not have a worry about cash for awhile.....except, of course, the cash I put out to get on the block pools.  Either way, that money's gone and any winnings are like found money.

Not into football at all but your great blog heading captured me and then the Irish intro was fabulous!! Now, I'll have to go check out your poetry ... LOL ... I'm really behind with who's here!! Have a great time on Sunday and thanks for the wonderful picture of you and your family!!

Well, I guess I'll be the one to stand up for the Patriots!!! As a former season ticket holder and a lifelong fan I am thrilled to see the pursuit of this undefeated season continue. Yes the Giants have been great on the road, but there was one team better. I'm not really so much interested in all of the records and such, but should (when?) the Pats pull it out, Boston will again be called TITLE TOWN! GO PATS!!! (Vince, an Eagles fan rooting for the Giants...what's next...the Yankees???)HA!!

Being a die-hard Eagle fan, it's breaking my heart to cheer for the Giants, but one must do what he gotta do. Besides Archie was such a class act, I used to wish the Eagles would trade for him, so I guess I'll have to cheer for his son. I'll be watching it with my oldest son which is always a thrill for me no matter who plays. God Bless. Vince
