Bloggers PhotoI am a single mom. I live in Aurora, Colorado. I had a surgery in 2001 that changed my life. I am a classically trained Chef.  I stopped working in 2007. i miss my job terribly, I live in chronic pain. I use writing poems to reduce stress. I have a thirteen year old son. My son is my heart, my life. I have two little dogs and three cats. I am trying to de-clutter and de-stress my life. I love living in the Colorado dry climate. I was born in Chicago area, so I do not want to freeze anymore. Colorado has great weather. The people are friendly and down to earth.
