kibitzer neighbor
a blatant staring voyeur
vicariousness

living our dream lives
peeking into our bedrooms
crazy old woman

PEEKING AHEAD

For dinner we are going to the popular ‘Stars’
Restaurant, we have booked some years ago,
We also booked to see the famous show,
We don’t know if the actors are
From the human race or from the
Growing robotic generation, but it’s
Comedy, so it should be fun.

The menu is somewhat different,
Green, pink, purple, red and blue
Veggies, no protein allowed

Come my love
Take my hand
Close your eyes

I know it's hard

In that regard

Peeking At Her Across the Way

She is wearing a cowboy hat today
I wonder if she sings Aussie or old west?
I have made up so many stories already
My apartment is directly across
I peek between blind slats.
Am I a stalker?
What is that? A record player!
Now I really love this woman!

sounds good to me!

Peeking At Pleasures

He builds a haunted house for himself
warding away any feeble light
to seep into the rooms, welcomes night
as time creeps like a sluggish bludgeon.

He finds no joy chasing silk dresses
as they shimmer like butterfly wings
with skill he resists the temptation
to peek at pleasures in mock moonlight.

Emotions reside not on his face
complex or contradictory, they
are locked away

Peeking Through Alley Fence Peekhole

Hey! A peek hole in the alley fence
weird but of course I have to stop
hear birds, not sure what kind, black though
a man whistling a tune my grandpa probably knows
it sounds familiar; it is a young guy with a blue cap
