Lethargic 
No memory 
One of those days 
No motivation 
Just laziness 
Slumber in the day 
Pull down the shade 
Descend beneath 
Into a deep sleep 
Have you ever been Lethargic? 
Submerged in silence 
Falling away 
Into the void 
Turn off the noise 
Darkness covers the light 
Going under for hours 
Block out the sun 
Cease

Love Hate Relationship

Trash talk myself in the mirror,
My fat roll is getting bigger.

Quick to judge others,
For my own druthers.

Can’t stand to see,
What is reflected back at me.

I see my double chin,
And wonder when did it begin?

It didn’t happen overnight,
This frightening sight.

My stomach grumbles,
I begin my struggles.

i am listening to this song

tears roll down my face slowly
i remember the look on her face
i recall the eerie quiet
i will never forget wishing that she could have died peacefully and painlessly

Lethargic Air

Lethargy holds life broken, dream notions molded
and harshly sits heavy, deeply within my chest.
Glum stillness chokes fresh, moving air until listless
inside pale walls too groggy-bleak to bear witness.
Hung languor peaks indifference with vehemence
while the outside world circles null with endlessness.

Knowing I Am Killing Myself

I sit and I sit and I sit again,
Wondering why my neck hurts
And my body is losing her elasticity.
Eating brownies for fuel, knowing I am killing myself
Softly, and in a luxuriously relaxing way.

The brownies are gone, but I am not satisfied,
So I reach for the potato chips.
They are salty and crunchy
And help me swallow the
