A Starry Eyed Glistening Glide

A cascade of swirls curled in the sky.
Enveloping a host of ghostly nebula galaxies,
glowing like a myriad of phosphorous flares,
sent aloft to glisten in starry, starry eyes.

The moon was off 
the scene somewhere,
humming to itself, 
the haunting mantra lilt
of a lunar lullaby, 
only it knows can put a smile, 
on its pocked blotched face.

In the pale autumn sun,  
a radiant shimmer thrives, 
A solitary strand,  
a seascape draped in

On the Edge of a Wintery Night

Falling, falling, falling
Always calling – softly, breathless,
On wings of flakes, so quiet,
Silence drifting, hallucinating,
Dreaming of the moments,
When heartfelt prayers are answered…

Drifting in from the winds,
Soothing away the trembling ache,
Broken whispers of light,
Blessing away the darkest fates,
Alive, like the stars who ache…

falling softly glistening snowflakes 
melting in my hand

Glistening Bells

Trumpet vines, in tangerine and cherry,
Softly whisper to those souls who know –
bell shaped blooms, so bright and merry.

Morning glories in purple, blue and berry,
Delicate beauties perfect as a rainbow,
Trumpet vines, in tangerine and cherry,

Mountain laurels, blushing shy as January,
Colors of pink sigh in their ghostly glow,

Frantic flickering, flames
Furiously flashing
Faultless reflections, lights
Flourishing, unfailing
Flamboyant hues, destined
For forever, glowing
Faithfully, flow of joy

Reflects
Peace and grace

I can see the movement of vehicles on the motorway. 
Beyond that moving line my hills disappear over the way.
