As I Hid

As I hid behind the darkness of Spring's cool night there she stood dreaming

Sexy Taste

.

                tish
                tish
                tish

Mine ears heard past the heavy
              Summer
               Drops
      the sizzle as the wet
               tapped
                Eve’s
              exposed
                flesh

                shhh
                shhh
                shhh

Mine ears heard past the steady
             Thunder’s
                Clap

               eve’s
            quivering
                lips

Her Wave

.

   How strikingly gray
    as the Spring rain
         plummets
      to the ground

        The green
        and brown
          all wet
             yet
  no glittering from
    the Sun's wink

         I walk
    not skip today
     and the train
  slowly slips away

        so drifts
       her wave

God's Little Poet

He poked his head
betwix mine write
for the likes of I
to address his query

"Do I blend in
Pops
do my words
sense"

The tears
fell

If Ever

.

And if ever my lips are
               touched
        may it be of your
           wetness only

          My torso held
       by your arms only

      My legs interlocked
        with yours firmly

       If ever the words
I love you enter mine ears

                I pray
from your throat they come

Thoughts

.

    Like bolts of lightning I’ve
felt the words from my fingers
              come forth

               My heart
               my brain
         sparking thoughts

Out of them I dust the books of
           love with words

       I fantasize with paper
                and pen
      I cross fiords and skies
I cry out loud from the
       high rocks of the sea
            the bolts riddle
       they rhyme the words
       and charm the hearts
              suspiciously
   they uncover my thoughts

Burn In Mine Eyne

.

I thought of the pass of I
                        flooding
                      your eyes

          your strong arms lowering
                    mine casket

              I thought of the daze
                          days
                  you would sigh

Of the prose and rhymes of
                        the me
                  you would cast

                       Yet here
                          now
                are my prayers to
            Jehovah God Almighty
             In Jesus Christ name
                           to
                 relieve the burn
                   in mine eyne

I Do

.

The maiden's spinneret
            rapidly
         cocooned i

  leaving the spiracle
       for the words

             I do

Your Golden Hug

.

       In each other's arms
          tightly embraced
with the warmth I receive from
                 no other

these words from the depths of
             his little heart
        past his precious lips

“I’ve been waiting for this Pops”

         “what’s that son”
whilst wrapped in his warm grip
          was mine query

     “Your golden hug Pops
          your golden hug”

                  Sigh
az off to school he did trot

My Man

.

        "Am I a man
              Pops"

           "You are
               son

               My
        Spider man
               My
          Iron man
         And when
I am old and frail son

           I pray

              My
        Superman"
