Seeds Planted Then nurtured See how they’ve grown Into pretty pansies for my garden How I love to see their smiling faces In lovely shades Of purple Pink and Red They Brighten My borders Bringing colour Especially on wet dreary dull days Triple Tetractys 2 Contest sponsored by Eve Roper Checked with how many syllables 07~15~16

Hello Jan!! Best of Luck in the contest with your entry here. You may have the Winning entry. The images and colors (or "colours") you've weaved so nicely into your word picture here. Most Excellent!! A Big Seven!! Cheers and Best, Gary

Thanks Gary - I always use British spellings in my poems - I was marked down once for it but I won't change the way I was taught and accept it may be seen as wrong in some eyes:-) hugs Jan xx

I have got pansies on my roof garden and love them a lot as I loved your Tetractys (4 lines) which is ( not your fault) a Pentactys (five lines) Haha! A seven! Good luck dear, Jan!
