My Biography:
I am Greek with Canadian citizenship since
1976. Have studied in Canada at ConcordiaUniversity BA in Philosophy and at the Univesite de Montreal,
post-graduates Studies also in philosophy. Have a Ph.D. in Ethical Philosophy.Have taught philosophy and languages. Speak: Greek, English, French, German and have studied other languages as
well: Italian, Danish, Russian and Chinese, without speaking well. Love learning new things.
I have been involved in humanitarian and peace organizations. Used to, regularly, visit hospitals and prisons under the auspices of the Church. All my life have tried to alleviate the suffering of my fellow humans. My poetry shows it clearly. I am a strong believer in GOD and I was doing voluntary teaching at my church and I am still involved in different projects.
Poetry (write not well) have been writing since
primary school. Have written and published short stories. Had a philosophical program on tv and one on radio. Was Academic Director at a College.
Have run for the Greek and the European
parliaments. Now I am retired, happily married,thanks God for that, and try to write to occupy myself with something constructive.
Have traveled around the world. Spend 18 years in Canada, two in England one in Denmark, one in China, some months in US, Russia, Balkans, New
Zealand etc. Thank God I am still in good shape and for that reason rich! I used to be a marathon runner and still exercise at sixty-eight!
Had lost my parents at an early age (ten my father, fourteen my mother.) With God’s help managed to study, working at the same time. Life was very difficult but rewarding in experiences.Never had money and never tried to make any! GOD BLESS YOU ALL! Thank you for your friendship!
