Nailed Poems

Wheeling

I sometimes feel
if JC had been broken on the wheel
instead of impaled and nailed to a cross
would Catholics be at a loss
or wave their hand
reeling in a circular motion
in front of themselves
when 'wheeling'
as opposed to 'crossing' themselves
while Trinity words were spoken
and if so clockwise or counter
my best guess is the former
as 'tho sacrificed
counter would imply

In a kingdom called Vividale, long ago, lived a loyal knight, Sir Andrew,
Famed for turning the tide in battles, and none of the tales were untrue!

Intelligent and a natural leader, Sir Andrew's fast horse was called Fury.
Together, they were an incredible duo, like whipped cream, with a cherry.

The king was very pleased, since the kingdom

Whom am I to judge you;
I need to judge first myself only;
I have no rights to judge;
I also have fallen state;
How am I a witness;
When I'm condemning you;
Where is the love;
Where is the I reprove (use)

Where am I when you need prayer;
Where am I when you need a hand;
How can I be a friend;
When I

Follicking Rollicking Roch your world
Tallicking Tallying Tok for tale
Fock it and rock it and make it fail
Frock it and bawk it and make no shail

Nailed My Nail

A hammer is a wonderful servant or a cruel master
Can finish a job or create a disaster
All depends on how you use it
Just strike true and don't abuse it

Slammed my hammer onto my thumb
Cant believe I've been so dumb
I'm old enough to know
You have to swing fast but aim slow

I knew at once it was

i sit here thinking
how to enter the internet
with keyboard writing
...
free speech entails
rhyming without nails to hold
meaning and verse down
...
i keep repeating
take myself out of the way
but to no avail
...
well time for a smoke
maybe a rum and a coke
try to write something
...
seems to be working
so i'll just keep on slurping
puffing and typing

Nailed Truth

Opening the door to Pandora’s box where chaos descends
as the wickedness of the locusts descends upon this world
giving birth unto passions that have no heavenly equity

Craftily-constructed plausibility draws away the inexperienced mind
held captive within the wounds of prejudice that are licked by a splintered tongue
while our Lord patiently awaits with outstretched loving

Nailed

They Nailed me to the cross,
the cross of deceit and shame,
It went straight through my heart,
with blood flowing and my pulse
my pulse slowly fading
they laughed as they watched me die...
They tortured me and killed me,
my soul was dead,
and my self esteem was low.
My eyes are tired and my heart,
my heart has given up it

Nailed It

Some say u can never truly settle
Not until u find a woman who completes u
Well I guess I have,finally
She loves me for me
But yet something inside me
Tells me
That I should be better than I ever been
This woman is the mother of my children
And I would give the world to keep her.
