- 2016 -

- JANUARY -

A freezing cold evening

Where the stars shining bright

With frost blade flanks

From mouth and nose steam

In the clear silence

White untrodden snows

Nature's frozen pulse

Sleep like a little baby

One gracious moon

After the night the light is shattered into gold

At sunrise raise your heartbeat

- FEBRUARY -

The ground is chained in frozen iron
Snow crystals glued on...

Au Naturel
Descending stairs in ballerina pink
her naked toes now tentatively sink
into the snug embrace of each new tread.
As silently as snowflakes touch the ground
    ...

Something’s in life will always haunt us but sharing lessens the burden

AU-REVOIR DEAREST MUMMY

Hi Mom,
Please switch your computer on,
Wherever you are,
Perhaps you are that
Brilliant star,
That I see every night,
That shines so bright,
What I have to say,
Will not take all day,
But its time I
Recorded on email
A chapter that I’ve ignored
Of my life,
When you were still alive!
I...

Premium Member au revoir, au phare -
again …

here I am -
a glum ghost
a somber shadow
I have come to dream

to pledge duty, your gleam
to venerate your foreday liturgy
ah, and mend the mist - the magical mist
another mercurial morn creature such as we

ever cautiously coy in its dark, shifting purpose
with foggy fingers it creeps shore-ward
tickling the rocks and rills with vexing facility
its dew-dripping...

Premium Member au revoir to autumn
Autumn reigns in glory but for a season before
winter covers her with a quilt of snow.
                                      ...

Au Bade To Monogamy
Slipping from the sheets,
her feet touch the carpet with regret.
She tips to the shower.
In, then out. Leaving last night’s sins
spiraling down the drain.

Dressing quietly and quickly,
she applies her red lipstick.
First, heavy.
Then tissuing off some so
it doesn’t look too fresh.

Her keys are where she left them.
She sweeps them up as she throws
her purse across her...

The Zero Au Jus Poetess Awakens

The poetess sat all day, waiting for a reply.
As if a great star would fall from the sky?

She learned her lesson all too well.

Premium Member Au Clair De Lune
By the crescent moon above
I dreamt of your embrace, my love
In the moonlight by the sea
We sailed away just you and me
Protected by the clair de lune
A million stars on honeymoon
Enlaced we pledged fidelity
Our hearts teeming with intensity
The moon our witness for eternity

Au Courant Au Fait the Heart of Imagination Abreast
AU COURANT AU FAIT – THE HEART OF IMAGINATION ABREAST

The invention of the automobile is a thing to ponder. In words of the heart of imagination, the temperament wonders why divine providence gave the sense of knowledge of those natural resources that predefined the automobilist. Medical science is even more radical to design...

Au Revoir Genieve - Miss G - Woollery
For a day, for a week, for a month you will be remembered
Those who knew you well
Family will always recall that you have left a void in them
The thoughtful friend for a year
May think and shed a tear
Memories are expendable like everything in time
Sun rise and sunset
Night comes and day goes
And day after day and...

Omelette Au Fromage
Omelette au fromage!
It was like simply taking a risk,
In making omelette, breaking and whisk.
To drive it smoother than silk,
Add up some water or milk.

Chop, chop, chop!
Bulb onion, tomato, bell pepper, coriander and dill,
Salt ,black pepper, whip all before relaxing and chill.
Oh! Have some patience and wait till the butter melt,
As soon as it muster some...

Au Revoir, Love
"Au revoir, mon amour", these words I cried.
Our affaire de coeur, c'est magnifique...
"Why must our passion end?" I sighed,
"Au revoir, mon amour", these words I cried.
With a kiss, "c'est la vie", he replied,
"our beautiful love, a shelved antique".
"Au revoir, mon amour", these words I cried.
Our affaire de coeur, c'est magnifique!

Fugazi Au - Fool's Gold Contest
Don't fall in love with a compulsive gambler
Every vow made, every promise told is all fake
It's fugazi, it's fool's gold

Don't give your heart to a blackjack kamikaze
He'll deal you nothing but empty words
that are all fake, all fugazi

A U, don't be a fool
Why are you digging for gold with the wrong tool?
Don't let fugazi orgasms...

Au Revoir
Au Revoir ma cheri amor
I feel you pulling away
and knew that the words
calling you back
are no longer mine to cry out

moments and memories
blurred visions of yesterday

that which I held as our forever
no longer part of my tomorrow

I watched you drift away
intimately knowing
that I was to take
a separate path
