What to Submit?
STEPPING THROUGH TIME
You step through time, as if in a dream.
You meet one historical figure.
This is a dance.
You do not speak.
Keep us in suspense up to the end or not.
You size each other up.
Perhaps you tango, tap, perform ballet, etc…
What does he or she see in you and you in them.
What do we see, smell, feel (ex.. silky skin, rough hands)
Make us feel the magic of the moment.
Surprise us with fun people.
Use the sense of hearing only when it comes to the music (no words)
1. Title must be name of contest.
2. Please subtitle in the body of the poem.
3. Date only
4. No names
5. 10-20 lines
10 poets will win glory! Imagine roses or a garland wreath, if you must!
Preparing Your Entry
Submit one copy of your poem online. Format your poem. Please make your entry easy to read — no illustrations or fancy fonts.
English Language
Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.

You are welcome to enter this contest, whether or not you won a prize in one of my previous contests.
