Christopher, you honour me for chosing my poem "on angel wings" for fourth place. This poem is very special to me. I cannot read it without crying for my mother and everything lost when she died so young...only 69 years old... death is not kind, it does not ask permission..it just takes...I am sure there were many, many wonderful poems entered, so thank you so much. I look forward to your next contest. They always take us to deep places in our hearts. Congratulations to all the other winners and to those also who did not win, for I know all the poems must have come from the soul.

Just came home after being away for a few days.....and what a wonderful surprise to learn that you picked my entry to your contest among such fine company!!
