The Cry of a Mere Kenyan

The CRY OF A KENYAN.
Rihanna talks of The New America
American Oxygen
It seems same for poor Kenya
Our one and only treasure
Drowning in the dark
Driven by cartels of no concern
No care for the next generation.
And here's my plead.

Am lost within a nation
No name no trace
No location no possession
No government but govern men
No freedom but free doom
Threats are the new proverbs
New slogans taking over,
(guilty till proven rich)
Corruption a current chess game
Leadership now a business gap
Leaders being Board Members
Cabinet being the shareholders
I wonder if we are the debtors
No say, since the burden is too big.

Am tired, torn, worn and tortured for my silence
Enough, if the flowing blood
Enough of the illegal lands
Enough of the assassinations
Coz Kenya is now more less Hollywood.
A crew hired to act the movie
The happenings seem dreams
All like fiction in The Originals.
The only fact, that time is passing

No longer can we entrust our lives on the government
No longer can we express out freely
No longer are our cases ruled with justice
Cases clog in the courts.
No longer can even prayers shaken their utter
No longer do they fear the Supreme One
But in churches, all different
Sited like an innocent infant
Faked sorrows while praying
All aiming to win our trust

Let's standout,Kenyans for Kenya
Let's open up eyes, and stop being fooled
Let's stop falling on their knees like slaves
A fact, they are meant to be our servants
But act like we are theirs slaves
Some lie to be fighting for us
But are after the seat, to grab the cheques
Wanting the privileges and Excellency
Let's stand for our poor Kenyans
Say No to their treachery
A New Kenya, me and you. — thinking about Kenya.

Didn'T Mean To

It was a heartfelt indulge of an act
The night like knights we lighted
Like a king yah served my want
Like a deal we moved on and on
To the peak, the click of a nick
The first time, like a key and lock
Felt like a gentle, acted like a man

So young,naive, live and one
What led me there blasts my mind
What clogged into me is a virus not got
Had no intention nor retention for it
Thought not that what could follow
Not a life, a son to come through

Left with a smiley Illy face down the line
Like a plane never turned to take time
Left like a soldier out of a war field
Left all aback, your calls for blocks
Thought not again of the beauty of you
For to me it was like a ball to score and go

My conscious coined erect when you first called
Your message, I father another, a son
Like a a shock it stroke my nerves awake
The senseless triggered act of infatuation
The heartless deed and leave like a wind
Felt so silly and illy, but had nothing to counter

Figured and structured a reply but went dumb
Tried and cried but solved nothing
Sorry to say so young for parenting
Not ready to further father a kid.

Friendship

It all depends on ones heart
How one perceives the other
As a friend or a trend
But may last for a moment
Friends are like beneficiaries
Like nitrogen atoms
Their bonds lack van der waals
Friends are like oathing guys
Trying to restore when apart
But who tries to think who a friend is?
Who trusts,the friend loves back?
Who can assure that friendship can last?
It is always untold, undecided
A depends on trust
A friend,one i can trust,
But only make after much secret interview
A friend, to understand my status and being,
But are always breakdowns in life
Never to go go long
Dumping a friend ain't my wonder
Holding grudges is what i can't
Speaking out to let known
Hatred is never an eruption in life
Neither an ocean trench blocking my dream
But yours,so strong
Your bond of love is unbreakable
Your binding heart is worth mine
Coz you have conquered it girl
Over and over, i'll live to restore it

Peace Cry

The cry for peace
The pain of innocent blood-flow
The perplexity of having a tomorrow
The losses of our loved ones
The moan and grown for our life security
For it is a new Kenya
Where me you make no sense in a sapiens mindset
Brotherhood a word that lost meaning
Kenya only means boundary to them
Does guilt eat up a mans mind
Does the scene of a cold blood offer a crown
Or is it all under the so called cartels?
Am worried.

Salute Brother

(To a brother, he gives his biryhday celebration to be with the less fortunate kids. He is a hand of this nation)
Love ain't an illy feeling healed but a commuted commitment
Care and fair ain't a lay pay job but a heart learnt art of passion
At a young age yearned long to hand a hand to them
Yours heart pained, drenched with love for the kids
Drunk in intense integrity intimately intending to help
Shunned of your pleasure and leisure to raise and strike a ray
Left all comforts and some-pots to lightly knight a heart
Humbled like an infant faced firm no fear
Hope and trust, trained tranquility to you

Them tummied, armied and dummied grace a day in Green Land
You, humbled, abled, labeled and favoured grace it in Green Card
Not to fill yours abdomen and anal cavity like they
But a ground to grace and ace a life and file a future
Want no fine wine, no 'kay cake
But see, think as I ink his list of least needs for feeds
For he humbles to offer it for free to them
Them, some not known of a day like it
For only him present in their presence
Its him OMONDI FRANCIS.

As he elevates and celebrates a great day
Pimps and teams the kids with joy
Frees and fills their day with love
Invites and incites us all to join
Lets support and sup up his passion
Born a boy but who serves a nation
For as a country we conquered Like a society we sort
Happy Birthday bro.

Give Me a Chance

My broken pieces
My lost treasure
Unsettled situation
Loss of all in reach of you
Lack of sleep in thoughts of your leaving
A comeback

I cannot count the tears i shed for you
The pain i underwent
The loss i incurred
The sad moments i had
The loneliness i felt
All because you left

Had i wronged , forgive me
Had i unsatisfied you, give me another chance
Had i betrayed you, let me explain
Had i shown no care, trust me now
Had i been disrespectful, i promise not again
Had i shown no love, trust me,there's none other
Grant me a second chance

I can't fight alone, you are my sword
Can't make a move,you are my staircase
Can't make it, you are my hope
Can't smile, you are my only reason
Can't conquer for you are my only victory
Cant live without you, you left with my heart

It's a start again love
That now we settle
Never let go again
For we are a reality not trial
Long live we lovebirds

My Grape

I peel off my secrets, for love ain't a feeling
I let out this known, for death is unknown
With chastity i utter, for justice at ease
An ink from in, replica of my heart
Not a Crush-love but a thumbs up
Get me right not tight
Take the expression not precision
For this I wish you hear,

Its real, like midday sun its clear
The grape you are,the flowers blossoming
The gardener so perfect, trimming tires not
I wish this yard got more grapes
I wish them grapes envied your value
I wish they had the patience for flowering season to end
To retain purity of taste, and longer times for this look ??

Happy is the consumer of the grape
Joyous is the gardener of your patience
Luck is me as I witness a pure grape grow
For strong are the roots of your life
Suit is the season for maxima production
I wish I fenced round you
I wish I got armoured to guard you
But He says all is well

Yes, more grapes lay all round
But this redness so deep
These green leaves so shiny and slimy
The stem so strong, roots so deep
Takes me time and again to sport a replica

I love the gardener, have Him garden mine
To induce my single grape in my yard
To propagate and cultivate, till its time
I'll stand by it, never turn a shoulder
I'll have it resemble you
The hybrid of His daughter
The product of His love

Memories

Like the dark shadows of the night
The sparking lightning cutting through
The blowing cool breeze on the land
As trees swing musically side to side
This is where memories take me back to
The evenings we lay on the green fields
Under the tall leafy trees,
Making love in privacy.
The melodies that gave us the moves
The smiles written on our faces
The tight holds of us two
The romantic touches that took away pains
Kisses that cleaned your gloss
Leaving marks on my neck and chest
So sweet, so adorable, fantasy.
I wish i had a minute once more
I wish death, would grant u a break
To have a comeback, flashback
That we do it once again
Same way we did the last evening
The dark day before you left
Left never to turn back
For the enemy took you with no notice
For had i known
Had i be assured it was the last times,
Tears,...

Revenge

You made my life a file of fights
Found and vowed to crush my little trust
Mistook me for a dying nigga on a bye bed
Took chances to run my single moment i appeared
Turning my IQ all round to drain all my hope
No sense of yah-self over the fence
Thought I'd end up in a 6-feet hole

You at a point seemed friends to be fried with me
You showcased a love that seemed rare
Them mistook us for brothers
Respected us for our humanity
Overstated us for our togetherness
The team of the untold, unspoken
Then like a coin all turned
Like an awaken lioness you changed the perception
Now in the battlefield

Like an angry hungry Ngiri I'll fight back
Stronger and smoulder I am now
Like a hurt dog I'll take a revenge
Ready to fight a fight fought not
like an armed smasher I'll make your arms slim
Ruthlessly I take my turn to roll the ball
One by one I'll make yah curse your maternity nurse

Not sorry for that what I'll do
Not ready nor real to change it
For the after-result matters less to me
And you effects not worth being my A.O.B
For you thought not while you acted and reigned
Am now in.

Regret

Its a tearful flaw flashback
How i came to be a murderer me
How my life turned like a leaf in strong winds
And now my soul bleeds guilt
My heart Itch's the love went sore

It all started at our young lovemaking
On one of our indoors romantic dates
The silent hotel room that saw our love grow and glow
The 4 walls that only knew our secrets

All started in a special way
The merrymaking hands touch
To the face to face love looks
Like a couple in their last night of love
The kisses out of close glares
The body caressing that exploded our feelings
One act leading to another
From the seats to the sheets
But how could we stop this

I wish i knew it would end the way it did
I wish i knew it was sweet only for seconds
I wish, i had learnt how i do now
For the end came, the mission accomplished
The flavour gotten, not as i thought
He had nothing to lose, nothing to follow
My virginity,my purity,my all

What followed haunts me
And the haunt hurts me
I realised i was two in one
But took me months to decide
For it was a commitment, i was young to fall into
So defenceless,so immature
My only way out, the choice my intelligence
To get rid of it,considered it a 'thing' not a life
For i hated to feel its wrong,a feeling that could stop me

Am here now,in pain n vain
In tears and fears
Feeling a murderer and a handler
Sleepless nights feeling the cry of my daughter
Feeling her pinch my heart
From the toilet i dumped her
Like a lunatic took the last look n flushed
Sorry daughter, i was not me
