Yatubeera Resty Poem
The beats so alive
Her mind found no rest
"Motion", it seemed to screamed
Duluduudotuu, doodotu, duludootu, hit the dramers
Even her head moved in response
The crowd anxious with lit faces
Right foot first, back tilted with face forward- the show had began
Yeeeeeeee, wululuuuuu, yeeeyee, yeeye, clapping and jumping
Was all you could hear
anticipatively the crowd celebrated her
Even the beads on her feet shook cheerfully
Lower limb straight
Her backside shaked vigorously
The waist seemed boneless as it did the job easily
Duluduudottu, doodotu, duludootu- smiles everywhere some even imitating her moves
She was enjoying herself, cheers almost deafening, she kept on
Swinging shoulders left, right, front and back
She was alive, and the crowd?
"What can one say"
Happily watching.

Yatubeera Resty Poem
My Love
Won't you take my arm into yours
And lead me to your secret place
Where all is lost and purity is gained
To that place of isolation
Where two become one
For I yarn to be lost
In you with total surrender
Take me away, separate me for your purpose
Give me what is yours, so mine maybe yours
Let me belong to only you.
My mind, body and soul
Lead them by the footsteps of your will
Tie the knot of our love, and abide me in you
To love and hold, forever your word as truth
My spirit I give for yours in turn.
Quiet my storms and silence my doubts
So only your voice i can hear.
My love
My love Jesus
Let me belong to you.

Yatubeera Resty Poem
I want to write a poem......
Of course about him
The one my path crossed for nights
When he spoke, I listened
With just sentences, understood his life
Would stare in his eyes and know it all
If only it was my love he spoke of
But other matters weighed his mind
Specifically the complexity of his wife
For his dilemma lead to my office, and there our time was spent
Me doing the listening, him the confessions
Now another sits where he sat, speaking of his dilemmas
While am reminded of him.

Yatubeera Resty Poem
Happiness is found by
All those
People, that truly love
Inconsiderate of themselves.
But yearn daily
In wholeness to
Receive everyone.
Truly we are grateful that
Heaven blessed us,
Dat day you were born
And also for who
You are now.

Yatubeera Resty Poem
it is my past. What can I say?
Happened long ago or yesterday
You see, there was this girl.
She was my friend, I knew her well, too well actually.
She would dress up each night, make up beautifully
And step out in her heels. Night life was her thing
Ooooooooooooooo, there was this other girl
For her, she liked to be asked out
Expensive dinners and after sex
Morning after pills and shameful regrets
Time after time, was her thing.
Did I tell you about this one night,
The night she almost died!
With all her friends gone, to sleep their liquor off
She kept wondering, "why am I doing all this?"
Why am I wasting away my life
As she kept throwing up continuously
Terrible night it really was, she was at the edge of death!
But i Bless the Lord for that night, for when
She woke the next morning
She was changed!!
Her mind made up, I need Jesus.
Alleluia, Glory to God!
And like I said at the start," what can I say"
It is my past.

Yatubeera Resty Poem
Warm as each smile seen
It can be carried in memory
For its not a sight to prepare for
Only take in as your heart warms up
And as each muscle unfolds,
You cannot help but enjoy it all stupidly
I speak not of Manly beauty
But of a face that's overwhelmed
By feelings of a good act in their favour
Its a real beauty to watch

Yatubeera Resty Poem
With each kiss
Gentle as his hands' work
By each smile, his mind spoke
Not by words, for with the heart
Did he cherish me
And in his eyes, i was loved.

Yatubeera Resty Poem
Everytime i feel the chill of the wind on my skin, i think of you
My one challenge, is how to forget you
As it rains everyday

Yatubeera Resty Poem
Within my mind
Like air to the lungs
And cells to blood
Lies a constant thought
"Have you facebooked?"
