My Weakness

That light. The one that made your face glow and your eyes glimmer. It seemed as if the light knew you. As if, it knew how beautiful you were, and wanted the entire world to become mesmerized. At that very moment, I was the entire world, and noticed something everyone else would've missed, the impeccable being of perfection. This, creates my pulse..

Liquid Embrace

I've never been sure why I prefer the feeling of latex over oil based paint. Just feels better running the finger across the surface it was used on after it dries. I've never been sure why I prefer black eye liner over brown eye liner. Black just always made the color of my eyes stand out more when I used to wear it. I've never been sure why I dislike the rain. Most of the time when it rains, my day becomes terrible. I've never been sure, but after each statement, an answer was given of why. So many times you think of something and, wonder why this and why that. Most people don't realize they give themselves the answer they seek. The basics, are easy. The one thing I think can go without an answer, is love. I'm not sure why I love her/him. Everytime I'm around him/her.. Um.. Everything they say is... Ya know, I don't know. This, is the only answer you can give if you truly love someone. If you can explain the reasons, you may want to continue your journey to find 'the one'. Love has no answer. Love is a cloud. A cloud is filled with water vapor, then precipitated until it can no longer be filled, then an explosion occurs causing rain. I've never been sure how much a cloud can hold, no cloud is the same size. If you're wanting love, just wait, because like a cloud, eventually, your waiting will end, and your happiness, will burst.

Reincarnation

This happens to be one of those times when you're unable to think of something to do because your mind is full. Not enough room to squeeze in an activity. The thought process is something that can do many things, from make you happy, sad, anxious, smile, frown etc. 70% of the time I'd like to just shut down my thought process. It can tend to play games with your brain. So many insecurities. Not appearance wise, but ability wise. I never really sat and tossed myself into a philosophical pool of madness untill around 3 years ago. I can say with certainty, that I'm afraid. I don't want to be though. When you race, then crash over and over again, you always feel insanely scared to get back in your car. You say to yourself "the crash wouldn't have been so bad if I would've just strapped a few mattresses on the car." Truth is, you didn't know you'd crash and didn't know how bad it would feel to hit the wall. It happed so much you got used it. You're not supposed to get used to something like that. I speak in metaphors alot. It makes things easier to explain. For so long I cut off the last bit of care I had, because I didn't wanna hit that wall again. The switch I've covered up for so long, has been turned back on and the room that is my heart is dusty and bright. The dust is being cleaned away. I kinda forgot I had that switch. I, am petrified. But with no regrets, I'm back in the car and praying.

Untitled

When I walk towards the door, will you miss me? The 60 seconds spent walking from the embrace of your smile and eyes may seem a minute to a passerby, but to me it seems a year. I think of how your eyes placed my eyes into a state that only my heart can explain. As I grab the handle to pull open the door, will you stop me? After releasing the handle, I turn around to place my eyes upon your eyes once more. The kiss we then share is filled with more emotions than one can fathom, making it the most unforgettable kiss I'll ever have, in my life.. One day.

My Soul

The way she looked at me made me feel a way I'd never felt before. Her eyes were beyond any word in the dictionary. Her face, impeccable. Her soul, heart and mind needed to be protected. The ability to do this was deep within me and I wanted nothing more then to grab her, hold her and tell her she needn't worry any longer. Telling her this, wouldn't mean nearly as much as it would if I were to show her, and for her to allow me to do this, would allow a piece of happiness to be unlocked that's never been free. She is snow on the sun. Something special. I close my eyes, smile and think. There you are...

Words

I write of what enters my mind the most. Not every reader will be intrigued, but there will be the exception that understand what I write. My words and I have several similarities, but the two that stand out the most to me, are the ability to love and protect. Most people wonder why I write so much about love. Love is the one absolute thing that can create tears and happiness, at the same time. Yes, for every piece of art is a muse behind it, and so many times you hope and pray that your muse can see and feel your words. "But they're only words," You say. Yes indeed, but these words come deep from within the most viral organ in my body. I, endure..

Line

There's a line. A long line. At the end of this line, is happiness. I mean, there's happiness throughout the entire line, it's just that the end is where the most happiness occurs. So many people fall off the line or stop believing in the line. Then some people reach the end of the line and have other people look at them strange because they're constantly smiling, laughing or looking at their phone awaiting words that will make their stomach do flips and their heart beat faster than it's ever beat. It takes going through alot of bullshit to finally be able to say "I've reached the end of this line and I have the entire universe." The end took awhile to find, but found it was. To quote Elvis, "wise men say only fools rush in." Well, being a fool is amazing then.

Music

If there's one song I'd listen to right now and for the rest of forever, it would be you. You're the one and only song. Your voice, your presence, your smile, your embrace. You as one, create the most amazing track ever. Learning every lyric to your song will take years. I want to learn every lyric.
