My Eyes

He isn't close to perfect and it's fine, because he doesn't need to be,
His imperfections bring out the beauty I see in him,
They burn as bright as the stars, always visible from afar,
His weirdness is so adorable, because somewhow its attractive,
His ambition and actions are what sets him apart, he sure is smart,
I'm not praising him nor am I making him seem like something beyond our being

 B U T ,

merely pointing out the beauty he once didn't see,
He has an amazing heart and I'm glad it beats for me.

A Thiefs Weapon

He stole her youth.
He took it without permission.
She let him in.
She gave it her all.
He knew what he was doing yet
he didn't think it through.
He knew her type & knew what
he would put her through.
She blocked everyone out.
She always believed in him &
thought "Maybe next time it
would be different."
Until the next time,she wasn't
going to be able to get out of it
all.
He ended her life without any
weapon.
Stole what he hadn't given to
her .
She won't be the same,she
won't believe another man
because he stole all she could
give, like a thief in the night.
A thief,A murderer!
He wasn't ever worthy of her
love,the love she gave
unconditionally,not once did he
stop to think of the
consequences of his actions.
He was foolish,spiteful &
heartless. .
You can't go through life hurting
someone if all they wanted to
give you was their love.
BUT
She's bigger than you,She
serves a greater God that will
never abandon his child,for He
knows her heart & it ain't one
that causes pain yet one that
comforts it. .
She WILL be okay, but the real
question is "Will you ever be
okay now that u've faced reality
& it's got u at the neck?"

Consumed

She says she wants a good guy, someone to treat her right,
She meets him, likes him but soon looks for faults,
Why is it that she is so broken?
Has he broken her into so many pieces, its almost impossible to be with another lad?
She asks so many question, yet is just told 'go with the flow',
If only they knew it was not that easy,
The battle she fights is with her own heart,
Trying to move on ,
But,
desires soon fade,
passion soon falls,
Why is it that all things beautiful soon lose its charm?
But, this is neither fatal nor final,
Oneday she will find solace within her heart,
and allow the past, to pass.
