Raindrops

They hang on cobwebs
Like crystals
And sparkle in rain

Nectar For the Taking

The bee flies above
The sweet flowers
Swoops down for nectar

Broken

Scorching sun earth fades
Open holes
Broken is our ground

Mr Brown

Oh I ask you Mr Brown, tell me how long has it been now, since your lover went away?
It was a year and a day of your life.
Its been oh so quiet and the air is still for her love.

Only washed her hair yesterday
And the sunlight came her way
The sensual glow of the sun on her skin
Made her a warm and loving person

The smell of sweet roses wafted round the room
I’m sure you wish you had created a baby in her womb
The tenderness and earthly power of her charms
Was like seeing, feeling, or even holding her palms.

Holy aura of your lover
Could n’er be filled by no other
She is the only one to make you laugh and cry
But the weight of your tears now are dry

Stunned into emotional shock
Hit by the advance of the clock
You remain in wait for your most special love
Is it hope that storm clouds bring doves?

Night passes and trees shed leaves
A pitiful sight of a man bereaved
His lover is still living but no one knows where
Why did she do it, do you think she even cared?

Oh I ask you Mr Brown, tell me how long has it been now, since your lover went away?
It was a year and a day of your life.
Its been oh so quiet and the air is still for her love.

Dearest Me

Learn to love
your lumps and bumps
aches and pains
that wobbly tum
many weight gains
your uneven skin
that crooked smile
that lip too thin
those awful piles
your smelly feet
the unruly hair
your jagged teeth
and skin too fair
your large behind
the wrinkly surface
the mysterious mind
the endless curviness
that pot belly
the crooked didgets
those areas smelly
you are what you are its true
you will be what you will be
learn to love me
love from you xx

Spiraling

The tree twists and turns
Spiraling
Up out and around

My Thoughts

Memories are like a painting
Brushed into recognition
Stark surroundings, familiar faces all but a
Broken fragmented blur of my reality.
My past reality
Jagged pieces put together like patchwork.
The endless stem of thoughts
All thoughts relate to thoughts and begin from thought.
The vessels of my mind offer a pastiche of time
Emotions and events
All are mine some are shared but each one is unique to me.
Private, personal, nostalgic, never public.
My thoughts are my thoughts and always will be.

The Experiment

Over mantle rides
Cloudy eyes
Brimming with beauty

Gliding gently on
Eagle flies
Spreading wings beyond

Closely calling a
Distant sound
Over here do come now

Watch this unfolding
Light appear
Waiting for substance

Future unfurling
Before us
Wonder of nature

Praising for poets
A haiku
To share learn and keep

Trusting and willing
The reader
To hope and believe.

Water Flows

How sweetly flows this water
onto bright gilt rocks
pray shine for me forever

Wind Moves On

Storm clouds gather fast
Rushing winds
Approach and blow down
