The halo just woke
what cold this earth was longing.
In joy, the moon danced.

Floating in the sea
a genie needs to be free
Three rubs and I'm fine
You wandering one
whose celestial body is
moving in the sky
by lighting this inhuman
earth; your pace is my comfort.
No tears
belong to us...
They are legitimate daughters
of pain and longing
that invade us...!
his voice was golden honey
she listened in the night
her heart played like a fiddle

My eternal bliss.
My reason for happiness.
His passionate kiss.
I had been waiting for this.
The oldest of my wishes.
icicles on gutters
glisten in light
of early morning
reflections of sun
when sitting alone
my dreams of spring
such longing in a long sad, drawn-out train whistle
do metal objects have feelings?
this sound makes the idea plausible
My tears keep flowing
Never wanting to stop
Flowing because of a depression
Flowing, longing for an eternal sleep
Form:
My hand,
My arms,
My voice
These things,
may hesitate
My eyes,
My ears,
My heart,
These things,
cannot wait
my tanka
an injured bluebird longing
for the branches above
but finding beneath the snow
the forgotten seeds of fall
the cold frozen ice
distant silence without words
needs warmth to be heard

youth of wanton delusion
squandering idleness

this love
what if it's all
nothing but illusion

…I need
My love
You are
All I need
My love
You are
All I need
My love
You are
All I need
My love
You are
All…
Here I am.
Everywhere we were.
Capillaries fill with her,
rotting roots beneath trees,
feeding truth in buried leaves.
Moments of fascination
Sounds of distraction
Feelings of longing
Dreams scattered
Fears of trembling
Happiness everlasting
from the depths
beneath rolling waves
lonely mermaids chant

i hold on fast to my dream
waiting for the night to dissipate
and the storm to pass

I'd rather be a wallflower chained to your beauty
then that dancing girl whos dancing out of duty
circling heights
of a soaring eagle heart
~ chasing freedom

Over the hills and down below never knew winter was so slow
I'm a tired old goat longing for the winds of spring to blow.
Your love, what a strange rite!
if I get closer to you
further away from you, I become....
