The Flower -part one-

“A Flowers Wilt”

Witness the small existence
that abides the beauty of-----------
Freelancers all around,
Just to get a good look.

A baneful abrasion, the flower took
It captivates you -------------
Reels you, steals from you,
WAITING,
Until you pick the right flawless touch.

Dandelions swaying thin,
Here we fall like petals.
Ready to exploit, the beauty of-------
Inhale the fragrance,

Courtyard azure eyes,
Embarking in a wishful eternity,
A crush they become, when loveliness up and left.
A bully against arrogant, threw feminine perfumed veils
Tulips waiting for the better auspicious’ sky
Asters claims the eclipse's,
-dinginess censors it from the brilliance of the sun.
~
A lonely rose
In My Helix World-
The out-and-out are born.
Cries in the dimness,
A sweet Lotus echo’
Slight yelps of agony, carried off by pollen breeze.
The earth revolves to fast,
Injections of herbal essence in the wind
For a split second, we feel pixie dust
Channel the essential, it fades
Earlier beauty, calmness-
A flourish smile,
Rusk of flower, a bluebird’s bread.

Like candles and dew, they stream and limber energy
Opposing others of its humanity,
Against the command of its importance,
Pierced by its own elegance,
Thriving slowly of its own will,
A short story, gone stray!
Tonight, we plant a tree,

The Flower wilts
The gardener cries

- Autumn Silver Gloss Small Pearls -

                                        Raindrops roll on my window
                                             like tears on a cheek
The day is gray and wet
                                            but you are still beautiful
Outside my window I have a
rose bush with many raindrops on.
                                          Raindrops looks like many
                                           sliver gloss small pearls
                                           They can not be picked
                                              you get no bouquet
                                       A small spider web between
                                           some branches are also
embellished with sliver gloss small pearls
Yet there are two roses on my bush
one for you and one for me
                                             The day gray and wet
                                               and autumn is here
                                             Still have my rose bush
                                          their beauty and ornaments

Where Eden Begins

There, beyond the garden wall,
Lost among the grass and weeds
A wild rose grew beneath the trees
With fragrance blithe, to fill the breeze
And her petals soft as velveteen...

She is watered and fed by pearls of dew
But is hidden there, where no one knows
Where no one sings a song for her
To praise the beauty of her hue...

This lovely rose in solitaire
With leaves of green, and tendrils twined
Yearns to bask in joys of spring...
Where song birds nest, and robins sing
A place to show her grace, sublime...

A garden fair, an arbor high
Is just beyond the other side
She spies a crevice in the wall,
And through the slit a golden glow
She climbs the stones, and stretches small
And squeezes through, uncurling all
A virgin rose, unkissed, and shunned
Has found Eve's garden in the sun

Song Of The Seamen And Their Ship Called Mary Rose

Mary Rose, the mighty sailing sea vessel glided majestically across the waves
She had robustly and bravely sailed the briny waves for many a night and day
With the ocean's heaving gusting squalls blowing off proud stern and mast
Sailing victorious and proud - her billowing white sails were cast
The calm, liquid waters of the sea flowed quietly purple for now-
Unaware of the coming storm that would beat furious against her bow

Her alabaster sails whipped violent and furious in the oncoming storm
Impending doom was yelling its cries while the seamen went unwarned
Down below, inside their cabins the seamen peacefully slept
Wrapped in the secure watch that their gallant captain kept
The oceans black, boiling waves beat savage against starboard and port
As Captain Noe standing fearless - at first quake, did not the storm report

The old wooden beams of the Mary Rose began to restlessly moan and creak
While the blackened roaring, rolling waves beat furious against her feet
Her alabaster sails rose proud- beating mighty against wailing squalls and gusts
While deep inside the bow in bunks, the sleeping seamen thrust

Suddenly...they heard the captain's distraught voice cry out
When the seamen heard his voice -they heard fear without doubt
“Awake, all of ye’ ”, Captain Noe forcefully roared
“Alive! Awake… all ye’ seaman come quickly up on board”!

The savage spirit of the sea reigned fierce with rage and fear
While the brave captain fought - loyal seaman brought up the rear
They courageously fought together - not silenced by the eye of death
As the sea raged violently against them with its brutal, menacing breath

To save their mighty Mary Rose, they’d dip their very souls in blood
Leaving themselves merciless against this drunken, mighty flood
With plank and bow standing fierce between them and their fate
The raging ocean’s fierce, blackened waves - the sea they could not hate

The morning brought the warming sun which rose broad above the waves
The winds had tamed their violent voice against captain and seaman brave
With unshakable courage and seaman’s wit not once were spirits broke
Each cheered his mate and captain strong as they fought with steady stroke
Their peril fought in days of danger and night filled with pain
Their manly courage did not wane - their fight was not in vain
For all the courageous seamen and their brave Captain Noe
Joined together in hand and spirit to save...their proud Mary Rose

How to entice a rose

Tame your wish to unfasten
the shut bud ‘til she’s willing!
Give her sweetest thoughts of spring.
Attract her, softly thrilling
with your words and compliments.

If the sprout of rose is closed
you need gentle kindheartedness.
Warm alluring breath of love
may touch cheek with such caress
that first petals open slow.

Now ensure her - and yourself –
that there is no other one
that deserves such attitude
under shining moon and sun
no one that compares to her.

But you have to say the truth
or you will feel painful thorn.
If you do, you’ll see delight
Beautiful as dusk and dawn
when the rose unlocks herself.

Ensnare the ears with kindness,
enmesh with care her splendor.
Cautions stroke her fears away!
Then may your fingers tender
detach the outer casing.

Coat the rose with water drops
from your lips – fresh summerkiss
over body, mind and soul.
Feel with beating heart the bliss
when the trembling bud unclench’s.

Shivering the petals spread
ample to receive delight.
Open are the calyx’s thighs
that entangled day and night
the straight erected carpel.

The prettiest rose unfurls

Just as each tender petal
Of the prettiest rose unfurls
Its fragrant silken form
I hold in my mind
A memory or thought
Of each tender moment
I have graciously shared with you

Just as each tender petal
Of the prettiest rose unfurls
Releasing its natural beauty
To an awe-inspired world
I hold in my heart
A love that grows evermore deeply
Despite thinking I’ve given my all

Just as each tender petal
Of the prettiest rose unfurls
Till it blooms in radiant glory
I give you everything I am
Protect you and cherish you
Knowing I am the luckiest
Most blessed person in the world

Just as each tender petal
Of the prettiest rose unfurls
After which blooms wither and fall away
I remember how much you
Need to know daily you’re cherished
By someone who loves you more
Than words can ever express

You are as each tender petal
Of the prettiest rose unfurls
My love my life my future

Red Roses

Their petals are falling as their colors change
It wasn’t this way before but is it strange?
These roses are dying in delicate sweet sorrow
Will their love shed too? Or will it see tomorrow?
Petals and love falling slow like soft snowflakes
A little change in season is all it takes,
But will these roses bloom again in a new morn?
Will their love come back to greatly adorn?

Will their beauty be gone forever once it fades away?
Or will it come back to make everything okay?
For what will the roses be worth if their beauty dies forever?
Will the image and value from them permanently sever?
Will the light in their eyes suddenly become dark?
As their splendor and significance steadily grow stark?
Or will they rise like light at the beginning of dawn?
And be reborn more beautiful than a swan?

Garden Rose

Written August 21, 2013

There's a girl in the garden
She's messing with your rose bed
Plucking weeds out from your head
And watering the seeds in your bed

But where will she wander
When the roses are dead
Will she come back for more
When they turn back to red

She can run all alone
Write this story in stone
On concrete slabs
Of skin and bone

Frozen Rose

She's teased by autum's last smile
Her velvet petals unfold a short while

Inviting...one last chance to pause
Breathe in life, just because

I see there, my honeybees dance
Given this one glorious last chance

I share their joy as I touch
Smell the sweetness, I'll miss so very much

The west is now glowing red
Dark clouds, moving in overhead

Velvet snow petals begin to fall
Time for her to sleep after all......

The Virtuous White Rose

--**--The Virtuous White Rose--**--

White rose is holy
Matrimony pureness of
Bond between lovers.
Blessing to Old Rome deceased’s
Chastity and innocence.

White Rose in myth and
Legend was tainted by blood,
Made blush from kiss, thus
Made it red and made it pink
Against its pride purity.

My Kentucky in autumn

My Kentucky in Fall

Peaceful country roads winding through meadows and hills,
and golden rays kiss purple asters, tall ironweed and abundant goldenrod.
Gorgeous colors are greeting me despite the warning that drought
would hold them back this year.
Glowing yellows, warm reds and burning orange leaves are clinging
to the heavy branches, limbs swaying in the autumn breeze.
Fallen leaves dance to the music of the currents,
poison ivy vines wrap the stately maple in crimson.

Damp snapping turtles sun themselves on a rock in the creek,
while further up a blue heron is standing silently, watching the
slow flowing water, until he is ready to strike.

Our majestic Ohio river reflects the cloudless, azure sky
while bordered by densely covered cliffs that are
decked in their autumn finest.
Profusely blooming red cardinal vines cling to the rocky ledges
are kissed by happily buzzing bees and bouncing butterflies.

Pumpkins, ghosts and witches decorate porches and front doors,
gray barns are brimming with hay, tobacco and corn,
contently harboring their bounty.
Acorns, black walnuts and hickory nuts are plentiful, yet squirrels
do not seem in a hurry to bring in their winter supply.

Smiling, waving hikers are climbing the autumn scented hills
to Tioga Falls, and Virginia Creeper vines show pleasing colors
along the old Rail Road Bridge.
On the side of the road the lush cedars have developed
their silver-blue berries,
and wild rose bushes are displaying their red rose hips.
Autumn has come to my Kentucky.

Summer's Ending

6 stanzas...four lines each...

Summer paused on the path to pleasures of autumn dreams.
Alas! Summer's picture perfect days were soon to end.
Dare she stretch to steal through autumn's open door...
She turned, laughed and wrapped around rose hedges.

Alas! Summer's picture perfect days were soon to end.
Nature would close the curtain on her whimsical days.
She turned, laughed and wrapped around rose hedges
Butterflies chasing sunbeams sang duets, that soared.

Nature would close the curtain on her whimsical days.
Summer ran to stretch in sun ablaze on rainbow-ribbons.
Butterflies chasing sunbeams, sang duets, that soared.
Pouring rains, storms, nature teased while she mused.

Summer ran to stretch in sun ablaze on rainbow-ribbons.
Wild, carefree, night, day, summer flaunted her dazzle.
Pouring rains, storms, nature teased while she mused.
People, chased summer fun, voices lit in expectation.

Wild, carefree, night, day, summer flaunted her dazzle.
Her endless path through stream and gardens glowed.
People, chased summer fun, voices lit in expectation.
Summer basked in her days filled with countless joy.

Her endless path through stream and gardens glowed.
Summer paused on the path to pleasures of autumn dreams.
The world took her picture to store as treasures for eternity.
Dare she stretch to steal through autumn's open door...

A Lovely Rose Flower

Hey Lovely Rose Flower!
I like you very much

Your lovely Soft Leaves
How Nice it is to Touch

Hey Lovely Rose Flower!
I like your Petals very much

How Beautiful you’re Design
Like a Fruit Bunch

When Honey-Bee comes to take Honey,
They get cheery to found like some Money

Hey Lovely Rose Flower!
I like you very much

My Wishes are Simple

My Wishes are Simple

My wishes are simple,
my desires few,

to gaze upon an ocean,
and marvel at a solitary drop of dew.

My wishes are simple,
my dreams not too grand,

to feel the waves teasing my tired feet,
with no footprints left in the cool, wet sand.

My wishes are simple,
my thoughts serenely gentle, calm,

my heart resting beneath a swaying palm,

healing my being, caressed by nature's soothing balm.

A Rose Like No Other

On a secluded hillside,
The wildflowers bloom,
A special garden tucked away,
Basking in the sweetness of life.

In the center blossoms a strange flower,
The only rose among the field,
Deep red and smelling so good,
Different than all the others.

Storm clouds come and go,
Bright sunlight reappears,
And fire sprouts from the soil below,
The rose is completely engulfed.

The caressing flames subside,
But the flower still stands,
Now more magnificent than ever,
Seeming to burn from within.

Glistening like a million rubies,
Petals like silk to the touch,
Here grows the gift of perfection,
All who see its beauty are breathless,

But humans wish to perfect perfection...
A match is lit to again set fire to the rose,
The flames turn into an inferno,
Reaching astounding pure white light.

When the fire recedes a second time,
The perfect rose quivers.. and falls to ash,
Perfection cant survive in this world,
With us destroying the things we have been given,

Hoping to perfect perfection...

Wild Portland Marion berries

The wild berries of the Northwest
it seems every path you walk on , they are there for you to sample ,

Almost as The city of Portland itself is welcoming you with astonishing beauty, the view of a snow tipped Volcano , as if greeting you with a basket full of fresh wild Marion berries

The beauty, just picked plump , the color of dark purple
a fragrance to savor , what will I do ?
will I make a pie or preserves ?
Oh the pancakes and waffles , the Tillamook ice cream is a must ~

After rinsing the fresh picked Berries with water and dusting them with fine Sugar , a hint of cinnamon , if pie , waffle , or cake . maybe just plain ,
serve with whipped cream made from scratch and a leaf of mint .

The Salmon , the berries , roses and apples all in the Great Northwest ,
You may visit however be warned , for many have come this way
Many have travelled a far ,

For the great Spirit of This Northwest will encompass and astound you .
Begging your soul to stay and live the way of a Portlander .

Give me rain I say , for the green here will blind you, it is
like walking off the black and white set of Wizard of Oz,
and opening the amazing door to Colors .

The cloud

O, cloud, how you travel,
As slow as a thirsty camel,
And waft above morning breeze,
And above thirsty lands at ease
To watch cities drown in smog,
presents wrapped in yellow fog,
you migrate from wheels' squeals,
and strange music of morn and eve,
O, cloud that is migrating fast,
You are the first, the second and last,
To forsake the rice fields and valley,
With remorse, with urge to cry,
For a lone rose that wants to fly,
So spreads her aroma to your sky
To be consumed around gently,
To be left with her yellow dignity.
O, cloud the tutor of integrity;
The vying rose is eager to learn,
How wherever and whenever
You fall, Satisfying all longed for rain,
you glide to your mother
To the vast sea to reborn again,
Tell her, your mysteries are the same
To enjoy generous and eternal game.

Rose Petals

As the rose petals float downward
Like new fallen snow upon soil
The vine looks to the sun upward
Waits patiently for sun rain no toil

Cleariing my mind of all clutter
Feast on eye candy in garden
Walking like butterfly flutter
Beauty surrounds scene lifts burden

Captured away in the spirit
Visit nature on Holy realm
Come to nature God promerit
Each day there is beauty like Elm

Or this morning fireball red sun
Rising on eastern horizon
Waterdroplets infused rose scent stun
Nature's gift on heart emblazon

The Pearl And White Rose

Oh mighty pearl of the ocean
Accompanying yourself with your own glow,
You didn't feel disheartened as you grew up alone
Under the surface,deep down below.

Oh mighty pearl of the ocean,
Let people judge you not by size.
Your value wasn't anytime hidden from this world,
Owning you is nothing less than a prize.

Oh dearest white rose of the land
Your appearance symbolizes peace.
You spread in the air fragrance of magic
That puts any enmity to ease.

Oh dearest white rose of the land,
There is no doubt in being sure.
That you won't blacken by anything,
As you are ever so pure.

Oh pearl and white rose of the ocean and land,
Though you both are different it is true.
Both of you are significant and hope one day
I will be as special as you..

Rose Sunset On Flint

Rose sunset on the Flint
Rose glowing through dark trees
What a beautiful sight
To set my mind at ease

The sunset in the west
Cast rose on the water
This winter sunset best
Since dining with lover

Looking to the east now
At the close of the day
There rose a golden moon
To guide us rest of way

To just sit and absorb
The glow of rose on Flint
But glow is only reminisce
Of God's accomplishment

On the left was sunset
To the right the moon rose
At same time too beauties
Awe inspired by God suppose

The Black Rose

Soft like satin, delicate
as skin, the petals of the
black rose enchant with
its very vibe of obscurity.
Tender as tranquil notes
of music, silent as the
unknown, the black rose
beholds hidden beauty
that is rarely seen.
As strong as true love,
as sharp as blades,
the black rose adorns
thorns that prick soft
virgin skin unexpectedly
releasing the very essence
of life.
As bright as the sun,
as colourful as a rainbow,
the black rose owns foliage
of such intensity that it
strikes one’s sight with
images of blissful moments;
the black rose – obscure
then yet darkly beautiful.

The moon rose

They say that I’m a myth, a creature set on vengeance, and my battle cries are carried by the wolves…
I am none of these. I am the blade that scrapes away the scorch of day.

My hair, black as night, its length every inch the strength that ravishes my tall body and thick as fear.
My skin, white from the blood of the moon that consecrated me to destiny and carrying aspiration’s gems.
My eyes, ocean’s azure from the depths of pain that nature has wrought and bore, and clear as truth.
My armor, charred charcoal by the flames of the sun to purify a silver heart and impenetrable as diamond.

Given a bow and arrow and a path to follow, I set out at dark, covering the earth,
protecting the innocent, preserving morality in human hearts, opposing injustice.

Those who refuse to yield their power over the weak shall know fear and trembling, their world shall be tormented by storms.
Those who gaze into my eyes, dream of glory, yet it will elude them, as will contentment.
Those who curse my cause shall live in illusion, never discerning reality from visions.
Those who listen to this siren of dusk, shall be mesmerized… hypnotized by it.

The moon chooses whom to save, and my touch heals them.
Everywhere I go, I set not my feet on concrete, but on deserts, valleys and oceans.
Nature follows in my every step, rises at my command, defends my hindsight and covers my slumbering.

I am Aygül, daughter of night, mother of thunder, enchantress of hearts, empress of justice and rose of the moon.

Spring Rose

the purple leaves
unroll their sleeves
to frosty days
and longing rays

the thorny twigs
and stumpy-pruned sticks
secretly hides deep inside
the summer’s petalled pride

but sap will rise
to cloudy skies
to meet and catch
the swollen rays

with skirt of thatch
a blouse displays
a hidden promise
of perfumed sprays

Loves regrets

As pure as a frozen waterfall
Dissolving in spring
My winter heart melted at your touch
I gave you my all
I sparkled like effervescent water

My youth blossomed
Like springs dawning
Filled with light and joy
My soul I dedicated to you
I bled for you

Like a red, red rose unfolds its bud
At the warmth of the sun
I longed for your embrace
Your ardent advances-
Your deep kisses reached my depths
Unveiling me – I yielded all

Your hands held my heart
So tenderly - at first
Your love grew me
I so yearned for you
My one and only - true love

Until your longing for me
Turned to lust-I wasn’t enough
To gorge your appetite
You became like a darkened well
That couldn’t be filled

You grew bitter and discontent
Enraged you grabbed and destroyed-
You tore to pieces the very love you craved
Crushing it beneath your sullied feet

I lay bruised and tattered by your abuse
There is nothing left in this broken heart-
Are you satisfied? Is your longing quelled?
Look at what is left of my beauty
You once called, your noble, red, red rose
