ONLY EVER WITH YOU

O N L Y E V E R W I T H Y O U Only ever with you, I love to have and hold into the circle of your arms, I'll unfold; into your blue eyes' greeting shine, my gold; only ever with you, I yearn to grow old... Only ever with you I can write rhymes as such for you bring my muse from dust to dash, to hush Only ever with you my being wants to attach as first step already taken to our primrose path Only ever with you, tips dance linger to cherry lips Slow summer hands will roam vast to wonderland Whence pearl white peel smooches chocolate skin only ever with you, heartbeats climbs a boiling point Stars and moon may leave the dark skies yet, one look at the gleam of your blue eyes day and night, I see the rising sunrise. Only ever with you, I will dive to lows or heights for only ever with you, I'll plunge to infinity. Prayers plea asking blessings from Divinity to tie two hearts and two souls in sole unity. Mindless to whatever is there in humanity Only ever with you... _______________________________________________ POEM OF THE DAY -- February 27, 2015 ©O. E. Guillermo 5:32 pm, February 26, 2015

COME WHAT MAY

The steep waning of duskfall held by one Cuddled by a wheeze , the dim air’s pale light, Nestling upon boughs of memoirs undone As scenes rise mildly with an ached delight. Although fall plunges into my own depth, Giving way to chills of winter ,prolonged So must spring blossom with a fragrant breath For roam I must through peaks of Augusts’ song. And musings dip upon the faltering wings A blazed remembrance of seasons’ refrains; Snuffed by love’s risk, hardened from cold warning Oh time withers, breaks ...still I call your name. Hearts evade pleas, sweet moments gone astray That now I rest on a crib of old stars But such is life allowing what is the way; To gather new treasures...near or afar. We Danced Through Life

We danced amongst the stars that night
when joy had fallen far from sight

We danced under the sun so bright
And when all seemed lost, we held on tight

We danced to the music of hummingbirds
And we danced in the silence when there were no words.

We danced in the shadows of fear and doubt
And we danced when we questioned what life’s about

We danced amongst the evergreens
That posed for painters winter scenes.

We danced in the winters bitter chill
And when we danced our world stood still.

For that’s what love was meant to be
To find the dance when we cannot see.

To write a new song when the music stops
With lyrics that caress every tear that drops.

For when the rhythm changes and tempo slowed
We’re called to dance with the seeds we sowed.

For life is hard, there is no doubt
But Dancing through it, is what life’s about.

YOU'VE CHANGED MY LIFE COMPLETELY

You’ve changed my life completely
Can’t bear it when we‘re apart
For every waking moment
You are forever in my heart

I can’t stop smiling when I think of you
Love everything you say and do
Can’t wait until there comes a time
When I know you’re truly mine

A word from you and I'm wearing a silly grin
You're the cream in my coffee, the sugar in my tea
I feel I can face the challenges of life and always win
You have become the missing part of me

Because of you I now feel whole
My heart is full and at last I'm content
I feel your warmth in the depths of my soul
Every second with you is a second well spent

Just a smile from you and my heart skips a beat
With you in my life I am fully complete
We have our whole life ahead to share
You’re the love of my life no other can compare

A million beautiful butterflies landed on us as we slept
They carry us to paradise where loving souls are kept
Here we're given holy blessing for the relationship we share
The angels smile in heaven when true love is in the air

TRUE LOVE SAILED OVER SEAS

TRUE LOVE SAILED OVER SEAS Have I met trouble when I met your ocean eyes for beneath that steady gaze, I reach the highest sky? Slothful moon turned grey, so the stars: tired and pale when I behold your white angelic grace. . . Distant and unfamiliar you may seem, I wasn't afraid to run, run and catch your gleam without a guarantee of us becoming one, still, I pursue to behold you, my woman. I am no Romeo nor you are not Juliet but allow me to prove, I love immaculate... Hundred miles and hundred days we may separate, yonder, seasons change, my heart to you, I dedicate. Overseas, each time the ship reach the shore, immediately like thunder, I trip to the door for me to send my love letter or find a phone excited I am, the opportunity, I don't postpone! Pity at that time, no internet or cellphones yet so the instant a signal peeps, it's you, I first check. My ears blush and so I am in fever love each time our exchange of thoughts began. Then again while we talk, sometimes, the signal fret, or without proper warning our chats end to wreck. Coins gone and so time on shore is done, again I want to dial My sunshine smile not turning to the river Nile... My heart on somersaults when they hand me your letter like a little boy with his favorite toy, I keep it near my chest awhile I am on reversed cardiac arrest, I confess. Winter feeling I have blown and within is a summer weather, ten months or a year in the middle of the sea with only your letters and photo I kiss, I, in jubilee! Years passed, I came home and I search your address, my intentions of wanting to marry you, I will express. Your parents, unsure of me, they probe too much. How many women I touched-- I gone to bed with for am a sailor, they thought to any girl I resort, I was stunned but I remain calm and quiet as I know myself, loyal to you and no one else. I tried to woo them and prove, my only love is you. God must have blessed us-- as their stone heart melt, a year later, my dream of being your husband came true. _____________________________________________________________ ©O. E. WHEN I LOVE THEE

I LOVE THEE I am no voluptuous beauty nor do I live a life of purity I can only say: I love wholeheartedly with all I am so truthfully I keep my heart open though it gets hurt so often I avoid to be irate as I know love changes the heart rate.. Guys tried to coo and woo, they say words as for "only you" Yet, hard to believe it is true as I see some untrue I give chances as my heart marks with tact entrances I learned from various instances looking man in romances In places where rules impede, two persons who wants to bid Not of money but of affection, in them must be determination I love thee not of what you have… Not even of who you are but to how you are to me… If I love you, don't tell me much what to do… As me, myself will show you, I am that real and true.. Yes, I am liked by many but tell you what: I don't like this honey nor am I proud of it in anyway One is enough to make me stay Stand with me through it all, I give my best not to fall My name your sweetest call echoing in every wall.. Hold me firm yet dear; allow me to move closely We'll make it anyhow, treading smoothly on flows... We are strong, aren't we? No one moving alone Together we'll face phases in tune, though there will dunes.. © OLIVE ELOISA D. STARS LIGHT, THEY SHINE BRIGHT

STARS LIGHT, THEY SHINE BRIGHT Glowing gems that dress the night, I yearn to know your brightness art blinking quick, blinking slow my running thoughts you make them go... From arid desert to distant worlds, stars white shimmer a wordless speech: their wink--a gift of hope to travelers who dare tread the darkest steep. In my arms, I have one little star so mild, so child, my antidote to fear twinkle in her eyes, my happiest tear years ebb my star bloom to a big star I clap loud for my star scintillates from afar Amidst terrors strike, she, standing still her Venus light shining in the flight of years. She soft-hearted despite some limiting steel My star swim, swim to life's stream 'til pass a tide, she found her hearts' star One day he said: "she is his dearest" so eighth of February, they breath their vows Soon, after a year, my before little star now cradles her own baby star. Her eyes so deep, her grin so sweet, our little star add a touch of treats. Twinkle, twinkle little stars-- gleam silver above the skies let your light boogie near or far on each fair fields that before us lie. ______________________________________________ Sponsor Kelly Deschler Contest Name Twinkle Twinkle Little Star Placed 5th... Pledge of love and loyalty

This pledge that l,Ntando, make today serves
as my guideline that I shall follow
happily, ungrudgingly and tirelessly
for the sake of our love life.
Indeed l am well aware of the fact that
the beauty of this pledge does not only lie
in word alone but in action as well.

For that reason in every season
I shall show steadfast commitment
to the implementation of this pledge
with a great deal of astuteness.
I therefore commit myself to be your
devoted and delivering husband for
all the years l shall live with you
on this earth.

I shall treat you with the love and care
you deserve as my wife.
Indeed l shall treat you with
the distinction and dignity
that is befitting of the queen of my heart.
That body, that bone, that breath
shall be my mine to treasure,
for sure;
a dearness to promote and protect
for dear life…and love!
I shall stand by and with you in all the
situations of our life.
If the situation demands that we sail,
sail we shall together.
If the situation demands that we
climb,
climb we shall together.

I know very well what l am getting into:
I am getting into a marriage that is
overflowing with blessings.
This marriage- with our mutual
commitment-
will stand the test of time.
I know very well what I am getting into:
I am getting into a relationship that
brims over with a transforming power
of love.

This marriage-with our
mutual commitment –
will transform naivety into maturity
troubles into challenges
pretence into practice
pride into progress
bachelorship into companionship.
I pledge to be your steward and partner
for all times.

I shall value the consultations
and decisions that we make as
husband and wife.
As head of the family I shall do nothing

to derail our love train for anything else
least of all for personal and selfish reasons.
Now and forever

I am your lawful and loving husband…
This pledge that l, Nothando, make today serves
as my guideline that I shall follow
happily, ungrudgingly and tirelessly
for the sake of our love life.
Indeed I am well aware of the fact that
the beauty of this pledge does not only
lie in pronouncements but in practice
as well.

For this reason every season
I shall demonstrate untiring love
and loyalty to you;
a love and a loyalty that is a living
embodiment of our marriage vows.
I therefore commit myself to be your
honouring, supportive and loving wife
for all the years l shall live with you.
I shall treat you with the love and care
that you deserve as my husband.
Indeed I shall treat you with
the dignity and nobility that is befitting
of the king of my heart.
On my mind it is always fresh
that I am the flesh of your flesh.
Green or grown

I am the bone of your bone.
I know very well what I am getting into:
I am getting into a relationship that
elevates me into a kingdom of wifehood.
I shall endevour to put my family first
with all the rights, obligations
and privileges that come with wifehood.
I shall endevour to wipe off and ward off
loneliness and lostness from our relationship,
seeking nothing but your companionship;
banking on your stewardship,
sinking together any hardship.
Since you are mine
I shall not do anything else to undermine
our relationship for personal
or egotistical
reasons.
Now and forever
I am your lawful and loving wife…

WHEN TEARS TOUCH - a collab with JA Fraser

WHEN TEARS TOUCH

The twelfth of November reminds me of the day
when our paths first crossed then came to grow on trail.
Soon... all the days like waves rolled into years
as we reminisce our pasts: joys and tears for fears.

A pad with pen I hold to write what pops by;
Each tint and curve a bell that says, you and I.
The words are mere push and pull medley of thoughts
shaping a circle melody of heart shots.

Learning flower our way as our cultures shared;
gem writings topically crafted are compared.
Feelings flood colours to our world, closer we became--
Creeping longing is "our meeting" as this both our aim

Beep and peek are lace ladders to higher trust grounds,
every tap and trade a thread fortifying our bond.
The lasso tying our heartstrings to etch some rhymes,
vital signs checked normal but awhile raise second hands

Can it be that this a fruit of stardust's grand wand?
Or a rose waiting to bloom and behold upon bosoms?

Now the day has arrived, suitcases packed, I smile
a journey, I have dreamt about, many many miles.
Nervousness cocoons but it's normal to feel this;
for this my long wish as I enter the coming hours.

Distance and differences our silent enemies!
But... It did not stop us from thinking sound strategies.
Interest and love gleams as our loyal company
enabling us to draw verses of harmony.

Broken bridges we cross by grace of felicity~
yearning to meet eye-to-eye an intensity!
Along the wires we jibe to friendly deal
that as crisp December sings we will make it real.

The cool December made our wanting a tip-top exhilarate..
and from somewhere, a song plays:

"When you feel in your skin in your bones and the hollow
Of your heart, there's no way you can wait till tomorrow.
When there isn't any doubt about it once you come this close
Cos you know and you know that you know...."

Thank You

Thank you for being rock solid for me
Allowing me to simply be
Give me space to come crashing down
To sing out of key to smile or frown

Thank you for being willing to stay
Each time I tried to run away
Hold me, kiss me till it passes
When I stare through gloomy glasses

Love me cos I'm yours to keep
Hold me while I fall asleep
Let me go so I can move
Marvel when I'm in the groove

When my brain and heart short circuit
Read the manual on how to work it
When I'm rushing slow me calmly
Be my strength when I go barmy

Understand my every act
No matter how the odds are stacked
And when I want to run and hide
Open your heart I'll climb inside

When I am loving sweet and tender
Welcome me, reflect, surrender
Give your life right by my side
And love each second of the ride

WINTERS END

Decade
         solid
                solitary
                          years

Finally,
         the
              season
                       winter
                                ends . . .

With only sunsets beside my bed,
I sleep and wake up alone.
More than dozens,
I cried a river to scream my fret
for long long years,
I am committed, yet I walked alone.

Ice drizzled during the days
then it turned to hails
to cubes
and to iceberg..

U.N.B.R.E.A.K.A.B.L.E.

Days are boiling--
It welcomes summer for partnered swims.
I invited you but so sad you said a straight: "NO."
Hence by myself, I went to dive on ocean blue.
Years later, we both smell a baby's breath, one then two.
but still, it did nothing to resuscitate a love to bloom, true...

I shiver with the coldness mirrored on your stares,
my joints and muscles quiver
as I reach a state of hypothermia.

      Yearning and wanting...

                   I
                dare
            to embrace
    you a little while
like the snow melting under sun's glare,
oh! so slowly, you thaw my longing.

We are just a room apart
yet our feet seems frozen to start...
Not even once, we came to meet.
No talks. No grins. No hugs. No kiss.
Have our marriage years gone tarry
for just long ago, I agree to tie an endless love with you...?
What had happened,
Tearless now, but let me know!!!
Did Frosty the Snowman steal you from me?!

I followed Santa Claus advice
to be nice and never naughty.
I tried to be an angel--
with a halo never with a horn or tail.

Yet, I view the rolling years of us being together
all I can see is a steadfast rainfall of snowflakes...
Penetrating in between skinfolds
Containing me in a cold volcanic tremors.

Until one day, God must have heard me:
He answered my prayer allowing me to see
a lady candle's light: a window of hope.

Then lately, my frost clad self defrosts as she touched me.
She, surging strips of shine, her aura a blanket of warmth.
Pliant, she painted a portrait of sunshine into my daily life.
When I lay my head on bed sharp ten o'clock at night,
I see outside the blinking stars and the crescent moon.

Has blossoms of spring started to sprout within my days?
For no longer I shiver with absolute zero coldness rather
I triple tremble in tempo to meet my hearts hot demand
a final adieu to winters icy loveless land.
as lately somebody has taken hold of my hand..

I bask with the squeeze I received
for I found out, our hands, fit in one weave...

A Penny For Your Thoughts

(The Relativity of Beyond)

Bacteria, too small for human eyes
Engage their fight for life within our midst,
So unaware of Earth's gigantic spies
With microscopes and slides, who co-exist.

And tiny fish contained by walls of glass,
Oblivious to all that thrives outside,
In world of colored sand and plastic grass
Know not of ocean's roar or rhythmic tide.

And we, the wisest brothers of life's sea,
Who travel well the wonders of our home,
Are blinded by the endless mystery
Of space and time--horizons we can't roam.

What great dimension of the vast beyond
Makes Earth a microscopic vagabond?

B-R-E-A-T-H - OF - L-O-V-E

B-R-E-A-T-H - OF - L-O-V-E Summer sun or winter freeze pulls heartstrings in trapeze. . . Cotton soft to gnarled callus vows have thread along my way embroidering ribbon actions to pliant swings of reactions like a darting fish thrilled to catch a passer-by knees. Two pairs of eye sew webs to bridge affection display, pines teeming green crown my arrested heart-- tachycardic I am... each time I hear your sound. Has breath of love tickled my nerves to interaction? Like a bee I'm drawn to your sweet ambiance 'round hoping by miracle it will birth me a fresh start. Scents that streams from bulbs swirl on wafting wind-- Ah! They all fell to shame for your breath of love tames. Once a rebel soul that long been thriving for satisfaction with breath of love that resuscitates, I mend my flame channeling muse to stroke the peak density of mind. Slender February breeze taunt my fingers to type rhymes that shy edge of reason. Eternally plunge in surrender I-- filled with breath of love ships my horizons to script stories in shades that lingers. . . ______________________________________________ © 12:31 pm, February 07, 2015

Dreamwalker Destinal

He don't, he won't, he can't, he will, he might...
he don't.
We are all on our way to somewhere
an individual path, an individual journey,
a destination.
It's okay that he don't
I have learned from him
those good attributes that i desire in a mate
also the ones I refuse to entertain
I don't believe in fate.
But I do believe in perfection
no accidents abound
everything happens for a reason.

You are on your path,
traveling at your own speed
your journey has brought you to this moment
because that is where you needed to be.
For your own growth, for your own realization,
to discover who and what you really are.
and that's okay with me.

To cast judgment only fertilizes weeds
(more work for you to do)
cultivate your own garden,
do it with love, compassion and pardon.
Do it happily.

As I struggle
to remove my
 own blinders
fit the pieces of my puzzle together
because I know ... with certainty
they have brought me to this moment.

And I am on my way to Somewhere
Destination unknown.

No, in a multidimensional reality
how could eternity ever be boring?
and like the butterfly struggling to free herself
from the confines of that which she built herself,
I struggle to learn.

But I am on my way to Somewhere
with a universal guarantee of arrival
being then beautiful and free
all that I already am
all that lies dormant within me.

Like you...
I am on my way to Somewhere...

MERGED IN SURRENDER

MERGED IN SURRENDER Kiss me quiet under the rain~ skips and pounds, awash the tears and pain fevering my anguish, with the July moon to stir my slothful frown, wide-skirted trees swing demure on the breeze their cyclic sops and bows-- a dancing clown. Our hands clasp to spins and turns on that wet ground, tango to loves groove, we are pleased to tease as this emblaze our spirit and behold our strength. The air touched by purple lilac blossoms caress-- it velvety flirt tickling our pact distress. Our hungered bodies beseech on nightly bounds in a ballroom beseem for loving grounds. From lips tiptoeing on skin, so easy they appease, to strokes flavoured by glows of summer reprise, slow to fast moves wings a-twitter heated degrees as this emblaze our spirit and behold our strength. Among the years where there's whispers that seize, experience match our heartbeats on impermeable squeeze and if tension snaps on daylight and nightfall sound in search of essences where rubbles or debris abounds... In the absence of solution, should we stop to care? Ah! Let crisp leaves of autumn display our memories, cherish the days when February sings Spring: our promise as this emblaze our spirit and behold our strength. Hearken thoughts and hearts merged in surrender, the shaped images and forms impress the depths, our love root a seed echoing the song of forever as this emblaze our spirit and behold our strength. __________________________________________________ ***The first three stanza didn't follow definite rhyme format but the rhymes are retained as much as possible on each stanza except the last one, the envoy is rhymed with. The Hypocritical Christian

I am the hypocritical Christian.
I say I follow Christ,
But I'm still consumed by my demons.
I go to church on Sunday,
But I refuse to invite someone back.
I want to serve on mission,
But I'm too afraid to act.
They think I read The Bible,
But I just fall asleep in it.
They think I'm positivity and smiles,
But underneath I'm death and addictions.
They think I'm clean and pure,
But I'm broken and mistaken.
I say I'm not worthy of His love,
But Jesus will never let me be forsaken.
I pray long prayers,
But inside they're empty repetition.
It might look as if my faith is strong,
But my core is too easily shaken.
I say the things I'm supposed to say,
But don't follow His actions or obey.
I speak the truth the church wants to hear,
But deep inside on matters I don't know what to believe.
I walk in shame as if I'm not good enough
To be loved by God and saved through Christ,
But there is nothing I could ever do to earn His peace;
It's a free gift.
I accept;
Now forgiven, changed, and released.
Thank You God,
Thank You Jesus,
Thank You Holy Spirit!
In Jesus' Holy Name,
We pray,
Amen!

Community

Community, what does it mean
And how does it come into being
Well what does the dictionary have to say
“A group of people living together in one place”

I guess that means were all in community
Though if I were to speak in honesty
It feels like we try to live separately
Living by the culture of our country

Which tells us, do it yourself
If your strong, you don’t ask for help
Life is about personal advancement
About money and accomplishments
Hold onto your hardships and pain
Keep striving for personal gain
So many lies deeply engrained
How will we create change?

Well I start with myself
I ask for help
I start with me
I be the change I want to see

I become an infectious contagion
In all of my relations
That could spread across a population
Even across the nations

I model my life after the master of love
Who dwells in the heavens above
He has brought millions even billions together
Over decades, centuries, even millenniums
So what else could be better
Than to faithfully follow him

He who said, I was anointed
to proclaim good news to the poor
to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free”

and I say yeah that’s who I want to be
But unless I engage in community
Unless I get to know my fellow human beings
How can I help to set them free

So its time for me to put aside
Popular culture, foolish pride
Social codes, selfish ambitions
Old roads, and useless traditions

And blaze a brand new trail
With my life, write a new tale
Introduce a new theme
Add in a few more characters
And then dare to dream
About how my story could impact theirs
And their’s impact mine

Because maybe just, maybe
It might be better, might just be
Not to say, I did it on my own
All this, look I did it alone
No maybe it would be better
If we did it together

So that no matter what my lot
I can always know that I’ve got
Friends, right until the very end
Help, ready to be sent
Hands willing to be lent
So what need would I have for advancement
For money and accomplishment

I can find all that I need
Everything I seek from this life,
In relationship with fellow human beings
Community, Maybe this is what it means

Trophy Wife

I watch your riveting sonatas
Layer decadent truffles
Upon his pupils

Leaking wanton tears

Grasping for serenity
To have epilogue’s slow dance

You latch onto love’s empty façade.

No return flights to your destination.

Where are YOUR wings, angel?

An embedded hunger for him
To treat you like a priceless prayer

But, his knees are too decrepit to kneel in your temple.

Yet, you stay…
…stay

Your freedom becomes latched
Onto tortured leeches

Sucking
You
Dry

It’s the closest you ever
Come
To his flesh

You stare out towards melancholic branches
Cracking in unison outside your bedroom window
Under Gemini moon

A gripping slide of your fingertips
Against convex glass
Craving for encore
Of that night emptiness filled your lungs with lustful whisper

But, now,
Pandora’s Box is your only translator
Held by the skeletons in his closet

With your name written against necklace’s recycled parchment
As the one they blame
For being a silver medal

When will it be your time to shine?

Relationships

Can a relationship last without trust,
How long will a relationship last without genuine love,
What do you see when you look into your partners' eyes,
How do you feel when they are in your arms,
Are you comfortable with your sprouse,
Do you still see the sparks when you kiss,
Feel the energy when you curl up beside each other,
Do you still play and laugh with each other,
Or is abuse slowly creeping in,
Do you still make plans talk about future events,
Don't let your relationship become a daily drag,
Trust,genuine love,comfort,communication and care,
The spieces of a great relationship,
Season your relationship well,
And enjoy a life filled with love and more love...

I've Scribbled This Song For You

I've Scribbled This Song For You...

I'm wasting my days,
my empty nights too,

I should have held on,
but I simply lost you,

now I stagger along,

wearing broken smiles,
in between hell and you,
there's a million miles,

yes, I should have kept,
you close to my skin,

soaking your warmth,
but you were laughing,

at my foolish grin...

now I'm all broken,
and torn apart,

but what the hell,
I was always late,
for the tolling of the bell,

and now...

now I stagger along,

wearing broken smiles,
in between hell and you,
there's a million miles,

so kiss me now like you once did,
I'm tired of being so carefully hid,

la laa laa la laa laa laa...

(repeat to fade)

Rhyme XOX

I just want my summertime
To be at a stand still.
Sometimes, when women cross my mind,
I'm not sure just what to feel.

I'd like to call her friend,
And I want us to mean something.
I can find several, yet in the end,
It seems like all I have is nothing.

So where is the evidence
That says I should move forward?
Show me a sign that's heaven sent;
A point I should move toward.

Secretly Obsessed

Obsessed with the thought of you
wondering if it's only me or
if you sometimes remember the sweet things you've said
and if you meant them how I took them
or if I'm just obsessed with what's in your head

Obsessed with your very sentences
Every response I take personal
I know it's selfishness
Have you not noticed my eyes?
They hold secrets that only you can unlock
if you'd just take time to fill the thick juices of my pride
It's just boiling with lust, passion, trust and distrust
and other things I obsess over so much

I find myself writing to free myself from this prison I've created
where only you and I reside
I become confused about what I'm really feeling inside and I
try to rid the thoughts that are highly debated as false and I
begin to cry and
think of casting love spells so that the universe can deliver this affair
I know it's unfair
but I don't care

I'm obsessed with what hasn't happened between us
I'm obsessed with your heart and that the fact that
I don't think you've even noticed my selfish innuendos
and secret undertones that blatantly express my lust
Or maybe you have and you calmly remain in resistance of distrust
If you could only read my mind by simply touching my fingertips,
I'm sure I'd catch you out the corner of my eye biting your bottom lip
I'm obsessed with the passion and thoughts I think you have
Obsessing over an experience that I may never have....

Can you feel it

Love in the air
can you smell it
Always so loud
can you hear it
Out on the Prowl
Can you see it
Always wanting more
Do you need it

Groundswell Girl - Named by JB

Enter a storybook tale
Where I can be
The heroine you hail
Lucid dreams of soft reflection
A touch heated with lust and desired protection
A breathe a gasp as we succeed
Join the fairytale with me
Valiant night within dark eyes
the right movement and I make them shine
like moonlight on the steamy hot spring
care to follow for a little dip with me
Trailing like the water at my fingertips
Grasp me around my hips
As close as the breeze on my skin
Whisper lies as I let you in
Lips mumbling up my thighs
bare heart exposed to the sky
fire burning in my veins
Am I a mistress of this lust or simply a slave
Trembling with desire
Take me till we've lost count of the hours
enter this storybook tale
Where I can be the heroine you hail

WHEN NERVES AND PULSE CONGEST

WHEN NERVES AND PULSE CONGEST Tender are the days brushed with thoughts of light when yesterday rolling, rolling are the tears... Jagged nerves and pulse congest in colliding repair, they... rise to roar beams and rays of medley grace. Glitters of gold and red cartwheel slow on my face, I, before filthy shades of earth stand like a knight to whoever dares, forgetting crime as I fight! Even to ember flames of days, I... brave to step and chase for if deep the earths' steep it births you: "my sunshine", I keep forth to reap a mirth: me being with you. Black as coal creep, it rebirth night that seeps the signs but later sun peeps, its smile girths our blues. To a new life, new day, I faithfully consign with burning daylight as my sweep leap to have you... __________________________________________________ 11:02 pm. April 24, 2015

Lord, I've Been Hurting

Lord., I've Been Hurting!

This one thing I am
 most certain…
Lately I’ve been really hurtin’.

I trying to do right, but it
turns out “wrong.”
Where, in life,
do I really belong?

So many people
 pass me by.
Sometimes, someone
may say; “hi!”

I don’t know if this message is
 getting across?
I feel so confused and
completely lost.

A message of “help” has my
 prayer and plea…
For God to reach out to me!

He reached down and
made me whole!
HIS love and compassion
 filled my soul!

Spending time with Jesus
 is time well spent!
It was for you and me that
Jesus was sent!

Wrestling Verses

Wrestling Verses

Spilling ink onto paper,
reading tea-leaves,

fragments of mirth,
shards of anguish,

remain,
trapped in rolled-up sleeves.

Turning up my collar,
as blue as these days that slip by,

scattered verses plunge into,
the fathoms of unknown waters.

My ink runs, slips, treading lightly,
penning odes to love on bare skin,

your skin,
your bare back my canvas,

my fingers tracing, caressing, scribbling,
homages to our laughter, our tears.

Wrestling verses,

lie spent, exhausted,
famished and parched from saying too much,

still,

my fingers tickle your soft skin,

my ink would run dry,

were it not for your gentle touch

Touch

Look at me And I’ll return your gaze But know not what you see Talk to me And I will answer But know not what you think Listen to me And I’ll tell you of me But know not what you hear But touch me And I will know you And understand that you Saw me Heard me Care
