THE LAST DAYS

The days seem to go by so fast. there is a void in the air, the birds have lost their vibrant beat, the ocean has lost its luster, the soil feels solid and dry.

My soul feels as if it has left my body before my death, my dreams haunt my day, the tears stain my steps, my doctor says that it is depression, I say that it is reality, I am intoxicated by society,I am numb by perscriptions.

Why do I feel so isolated within myself? is there no one in my painfully tight shoes? can anyone understand my pain? can anyone melt in my sorrows? why am I this way? why is the world so cruel? why can't I be normal?

Wait! I am normal, what am I saying, I know now, the veil has been lifted, humanity is my enemy, the sins that drip from their sweat, the dread that follows their shadows, their souls of black, their intentions of greed pull a shade across their eyes.

They are destined for doom, they will not be saved, they will not find salvation, they belittle me, they curse me, they shame me, but they are right about one thing, I am different, unlike them, I will be saved in the last days.

Her name is Poverty

She tells me,
Of the belt of hunger that clings to her waist,
Of how it's only ever loosened by rampaging and rummaging through waste.

She tells me,
How her journey through payments, predicaments and pavements make her tire,
How her cracked feet and wracked heart are passed by Tyre after Tyre.

She tells me,
About the intricate diagnoses and prognoses that riddle her every fiber, vessel and vein,
About the cardboard pleas and pleads that have all been in vain.

She tells me,
That this is the existence her weeping womb has bred,
That her hope for her successors is that they may succeed her in the fight for bread.

She tells me,
Her name is poverty.
Do you remember her?

My Love

My love I can not find you anywhere,
I feel like I lost my soul somewhere,
because you are my soulmate,
and us being apart can not be fate.

You did not leave because you wanted to,
It just was just something you had to do.

I was not right, All I wanted to do was fight,
and knowing you was the love of my life,
yet I would not make you my wife.

I know that's what you really wanted
and now I am feeling haunted,
by the things I should have done,
and you being the only one
I ever loved and will love forever, if it was'nt for me we will still be together.

But you are gone
and I can not go on,
so I must say good-bye, I'm leaving myself to die.

Innerself

He swifts on by like a moon lighted night.
He shines bright for a moment in time.
His arm's always open with warmth.
His smile always bigger then everyone elses.
His heart of rage and fire.
He swifts on by, he swifts on by.
Who will know the true man within.
The man thats full of sin.
No one can, no one can, for we are all just man...

I am a woman, not a woe-man

I am valuable but not worth any price
I am precious but far more than gold
I am productive but not for abuse
I can talk but not to be abused of talking
I am hardworking but not to be a slave
I am a wife but I am an individual too

I am a mother but I'm just human
I am strong but I get tired too,
I am in flesh, so I need rest
I care but I value myselft first and foremost
I am kind but need kindness too
I listen but not to be lied to
I run the house but I deserve to run myself too

I am the help meet but I need support too
I understand but not to be misunderstood
I provide but I need to be provided for too
I run the kitchen but I need to run my self too
I am the housewife but I am a wife too,
I am married, to my husband, not the house!
I love but I should not be taken for granted

I am weak but not to be raped, beated and scratched
I am submissive and obedient but not to be exercised power abuse on
I am a cheerful giver but not to be robbed
I am soft but not to have my blood squeezed out,
I am full of life but not to be taken away from me
Yes, I am a woman,
Created to live,
Not to be a woebegone!

pith-fully from truth

neurotic narcotics reared reason in rows,
plucked pith-fully from truth,
agile enough in politick to anesthetise the waste,
languishing amongst the cling-filmed choral-forms
of symbiotic silicone…
the future lay dormant,
adjudicating the agricultural status
of domesticated foreign policy…

THE BOTTOM OF THE BEER BOTTLE

I sold my soul to the bottom of the beer bottle. So what if I want to wallow around
with this low self mentality . A sip here a sip there, why not sip everywhere ...you
see?
You see, you really don't care when you have the mentality to wallow in the hallow
of a bottle.
I sold my soul to the bottom of the beer bottle;burning out the aching pain that
causes me to be insane with so much shame.

Boy,the bottom of the beer bottle isn't where I really want to be?You see the
bottom of the beer bottle did not bother me; but now ,it's really affecting me.

Ican't eat sometimes I can't even sleep, because the bottom of the beer bottle is
calling me.It's really beating my body. How can I ever benefit when the bottom of
the beer bottle is calling me?How could this ever happen to me?

When I used to win and grin, beating the bottle;what I once to beat is now beating
me and my body. The bottom of the beer bottle is calling me.

Idrink it waking up and drink it lying down. The bottom of the beer bottle has a tight
hold on me.The bottom of the beer bottle is calling me.

ELVIS AND PAVAROTTI

Elvis and Pavarotti,
   two attractive singers
from different countries;
   and both sang divinely!
Elvis was " rock and roll "
   from Memphis,Tennessee;
and Pavarotti a tenor
   from Modena, Italy!

Both made their mark in music
   singing harmony with gusto;
and at times, Elvis seemed eccentric...
  while Pavarotti a flamboyant maestro!

Legends are made of one's fancy,
   but these two were real;
delighting crowds with their charisma,
   and their lovely wives:
 Nicoletta and Priscilla
were there to cherish that thrill,
to be a big part of their lives...
     even through joy and agony!

 Elvis and Pavarotti...
     names destined for immortality,
 and many generations
    will be fascinated by their powerful voices;
and like us, who heard them sing,
they'll carry on their everlasting lagacy!

Lonely from anywhere

What good is love if you don’t have a name
What good would you bring if you were the same
I know we could go but you locked the door
I know what you know, or at least you did before

You think what I think we are the same
You live in your surroundings and we play the game
And I know what you know when you locked that door
You see where I go and I don’t know you anymore.

Now I am left here to fend on my own
Our world has decided that I can’t go on
What good is society if they can make that choice
They don’t know the good that I bring, and so many like me before

I thought the sky was falling
The rain was coming down
Were you in the midst
I was lost from all the sound

And I knew that heros were welcome
What would I have to do now
I am just an ordinary
One man lost in the crowd

Heros come and they go
Though it’s imaginary what they show
This is how we began
Heros come and they go
But we must stay and show
That we will live again
