~His Name Is Wonderful~

Jesus~
Earned his name~
Suffered all the pain~
Under the hands of men~
Settled with hate against him~

Compassionately he forgave them still~
He loved us then and he always will~
Rising he gave us the right to survive~
Intoxicating he is to all of our lives~
Supplying our each and every need~
Thank you father, For blessing me~

Our king above kings~
Understanding he brings~
Radiant he is indeed~

Living for Christ is the greatest thing~
Only in him may you rest in peace~
Remember each day to trust and forgive~
Divided from him is no way to live~

Love is Hard to Find

Love surrounds us…though people take it for granite
Oh, but we’re unaware of it! We’re ignorant of it at times of tribulation
Vibrant, vermillion roses float in the swaying wind, like feathers, passing me by with a smile and a friendly wave
Everyone is embracing hate instead of love, embracing havoc instead of peace – WHERE IS THE LOVE?

I am longing to feel like I belong! The church bells repeats its penitent bells
Saddened by the fact that I’m trapped in my comfort zone of callous night…I want to be unchained from this solitary cave…but no angels tread the road that I’m currently on unfortunately

Hate rips my heart apart and throws it in the heartless fire…love is invisible like a caved in treasure
Ashamed because I always wanted to find avarice-devouring love, restoring joy to my absent-of-vanity verse
Rain descends like the sunset as my spirit ascends like the sunrise above the disconsolate clouds
Drenched in heartfelt relief…of experiencing love on another level – I’ll bring back to life my faith towards You once more

Tattered by heart’s wistful thumping…replace my heart with beauty’s caress and harmony, for I’m desperately in need of a savior
Owned by hatred, the monster that appears in my nightmares, the vile leader of rancorous wolves…

Fly away from the darkness that made you drink in desolation and devastation
Isolated by bliss and joy – overflowing with lamentation
Never able to find a mixture of serenity and exaltation…maybe I’ll find it in the forest’s quietude
Destined to unlock my heart’s desire…however, love is hard to find, for I’m a hopeless, romantic boy, foolish in love and frankly…blind!

Meditation

Moments of quiet stillness
Each one a glittering
Diamond to the soul
I cherish.
Teach yourself
At least once a day
To visit the silence
Inside you.
Open your heart
Nurture your dreams.

Mothers

Mothers are truly God’s gift to the world and really for us
Oh, they will put things out, even a fuss with a simple touch
The essence of their being prevents us from being in a rush
Hear their words of wisdom and one will learn very much
Even as drivers they shift gears without scraping the clutch
Resting a child’s head, they simmer a cry with such a hush
Saving grace, loving us dearly like a hand with a royal flush

It is not night

Vast oceans of light
In the night flowing over us through you and me cant you see
Now there it is again light light love so faithful
Ever seeing clearer there is again light light light treasures so unmeasurable in
such a
Small weak vessel there is again light light light light
Oh ignites a fire consuming all
There yet nothing lost light light light light light
Rising brighter than yesterday will ever be light light light light light light
Under his guiding care
Everlasting so good there is again light light light light light light light resting in
HIS LOVE

LIGHT

LIGHT

Like a candle,
        you sacrifice yourself...

In every tears you shed,
       I know you suffered

Giving me warmth, hope and life

How noble is your love!

To die and lose yourself,
just to pull me away from darkness
          and heartache!

Forgiveness

Filled with anger
Or lost hope, can't decide.
Running into you, I'd be back at
Ground zero
In my best interest to let it go, but its
Very difficult when my
Ego gets in the way. I want an apology first,
Nothing else. I don't care if you beg or plead. It's
Easy to show up and say you want me back
Somehow I wouldn't believe you
Shows I'm not ready to forgive you

Live, Laugh, Love

Little babies are born
Into a world that has a
Vicious, 'Dog eat dog!'
Environment.

Long days pass
Amid the chaos of war.
Ugly scars mar beauty, while
Gaiety is almost non-existent.
How can life be so cruel?

Listen to the call for peace, to
Overcome ruthlessness.
Visualize a better life, where
Everyone lives, laughs, and loves.

A new year of dreams, some old will die
Prosperity comes when least expected

Newly writing your life long pages
Enter into this new year divine
Writing the pages of your own time

Ever changing a new life like thunder
Above the stars you fly then drift
Ringing in the songs of life's gift

I Heard an Angel Speak

"I heard an angel speak last night and he said "write"

Hearing this made my heart sing and my soul contrite,
Each time I visit the resting place of so many bones.
Angelic statues look upon me, those of granite stones.
Recalling the words they said to me was so intense.
Dreaming was not a factor, for I was indeed awake.

Angels spoke to me and said write a poem from hence.
Now I pour my soul and spirit into words without forsake.

Angels, the army of God, guard the Heavens above us all.
Nearer to God, we all know they are, answering his call.
Graves are the resting place we visit our loved ones on earth.
Even though we know their souls traveled with loving worth.
Listen in the quietness and your ears will hear them speak.

Seek behind the shadows, be not afraid, and do not be weak.
Prepare to listen to beauty of nature that visits each day.
Every flower and tree holds the power of eternity’s way.
All your saddened heartaches will disappear, upon your listening.
Know the fervency I have found, in Angels eyes glistening.

Happy Thanksgiving

Having family and turkey is the sauce for the dressing.
All together giving warm wishes and especially blessing.
Prayers are the dearest thing to share even if apart.
Prayers whether said out loud or quietly in your heart.
Your spirit shared with others is a great gracious start.

Take heed of what you have been given each day that you live.
Heaven hears every word and thought that your soul does give.
Answers don’t always come the way we desire them too.
Never underestimate that they are heard above the blue.
Kingdoms of glory have no monetary goal to claim.
Spirits blessed in honor and true love has no shame.
God is here, he hears, yes he is alive though many doubt.
Insincerity of your inner peace will have no known clout.
Victory of all that will be given comes from your heartfelt soul.
Insecurity of your spirit shall defeat and buries your life’s’ goal.
Now warm your essences with peace and love for humanity.
God has set forth a plan for his glory and our life-forces eternally.

A BLANKET TO DREAM ON

Blue and wide is the blanket we have spread absorbing the sun's heat,
Enamored as Romeo and Juliet we feel what they felt: an increasing heartbeat;
Anticipating soft touches, followed by ardent kisses until moonlight arrives...
Cuddled as they were, we ignore the glances of everyone taken by surprise.
Hushed words must remain whispers, if we are to satisfy our sensual needs.
Bottles filled with messages are brought in by rolling waves, is ours still unread?
Lovely seagulls gather on splashing rocks, watching a lonely lady who weeps,
Another heartbreak for someone who was happy in life, now completely sad;
Knowing the pain of betrayal, she will learn by error not to trust anyone again.
Enticed by desire, we must roll back onto that soft blanket and revive romance,
Totally unaware of our surroundings, we lose ourselves and become intense;
Beholding what others never do, we know that faithful lovers always win.
There's exceeding joy, an indefinite yearning to explore love in ways so new,
Neither the distant stars nor the close moon refuse to shine on a blanket for two;
Grand as ever is their presence, luminous and breath-taking is their gleam...
Onward they will slowly move, while we still embrace and continue to dream.

SILENT NIGHT

Somewhere out there
Illuminations still twinkle, just not here.
Lost in the absence of that God-awful sparkling light,
Everyone fighting is praying for a silent night.
Now on the battlefield a hush is commanded,
The warring factions apparently disbanded.

No one is pushing buttons or pulling a trigger,
Inside camps men lay exhausted by wars’ rigor.
Giving thanks to the almighty,
Hell will wait; so must Aphrodite.
Tears will wash away most reasons to fight.

A spirit one with the Universe contest

Step away from all you know,
Travel far and just let go,

Appreciate where you are going,
Imagine yourself simply just flowing,

Rain is not water it’s the feeling of being rejuvenated,
Whispers of love are like the wind but illuminated,

All the pleasures of life are now one continuous feeling,
Your breathing has become endless breaths of utter healing,

Telescopes aren’t needed for you now dance in vast galaxies,
Oceans are no longer separated but are now part of you and me,

Thirst is obsolete for desires are permanently fulfilled,
Humanity's longings have been instantly stilled,

Everlasting joy bubbles out of your voice,
Saturated in peace without it being a choice,

Tiredness is now lifted for you are energized and restored,
Angel’s wings surround you electrifying every shore,

Repositioned to partake in everlasting delight,
Since the night is now day and the day consumes the night.

Living in Harmony

Living in harmony

Living every day in peace
Is the sweetest way to live
Very precious is each day
I have a need to always give
Nourishment to everyone
Giving is my way
I live my life in harmony
No anger in each day
Happiness is what I feel
As each day comes along
Riding on the wings of joy
My heart all filled with song
Oh, such a wondrous life I lead
No desires, from these I’m freed
Young in heart, I am indeed.

Hard to Heal a Heart

Hear these words oh child of mine.
Another hard day has ended fine.
Reality is not all things are kind.
Deal with them, peace you will find.

To you my child I give heartfelt words.
Occasionally we let them fly with the birds.

Happiness is always near, no matter what.
Each minute, hour, changes all thought.
Again face life’s chapter, truth is sought.
Listen carefully, our hearts are caught.

Anger should be not, or life will distraught.

Hear my love reach out to ease your pains.
Even though words sometimes filled in distains,
Aggravate not your heart with heavy chains.
Remember all loving times your heart engrains.
Take them to your future, cherish their remains.

Stay True to Love

Stay true to love ‘though ebbs and flows may come;
Take hold of joy and treasures it may hold.
Allow not sin or sorrow find a home,
Invest your heart in beauty, peace untold.
Resist death’s grip, remember pain will pass;
Wake filled with hope, embrace the new-lit morn.
As night gloom falls, dark spirits may hold fast
Yet dark will fade into a day fresh-born.
Trust memory to keep you safe from harm,
On its sweet wings find peace in times of strain;
Trust each refrain to sweep you in its arms.
Have faith in friends, let family ordain
Each stumbling step will finish in a dance.
Stay true to love, its promises are dear;
Take hold of joy, give life its proper chance
And let no man invest you with his fear.
Raise up your eyes, in heaven stake your dream;
Stay true to love and life you will redeem.

Shadows

Shadows by Shane Cogan (2013)

Silently it lunged forward, then backwards
Hesitating, it reached out and touched its prey
Alarmed by its own reflection, it’s feet gave way
Downwards it began to fall, until it reached the darkness below
Overtly large, awkward and blinded, it searched around
Wasted, decayed, overgrown, it sensed its new surrounding
Shadows encircled the being; a final tour de force

Give Peace a Chance - contest

Going to war I have no choice
I am a soldier just a boy
Violence is not in my soul
Every noise my nerve ends employ

Politicians why can’t you hear
Eternal pleas from within
All of our souls cry out in fear
Chances of dying without sin
Eyes see atrocities hearts just give in

Are we fighting in vain, will there be no peace

Children are dying, the old and the sick
How can you let this happen to them,
Angels of mercy please here our plea
No one can help them except you and me
Come on politicians, sit together and parlance
Everyone awaiting the verdict, Give Peace a Chance.

The Night of Silence

Snow drifting through the midnight air,
Innocence and silence endures with care.
Lights glitter creating a blissful scene,
Each time they glow a sight so serene.
No one would ever believe this night,
The silence so musical, such a delight.

Now the shepherds march across the snow,
In gowns of pure white with a golden glow.
Giving the gift of lasting peace and grace,
Here a new beginning for the human race.
Today each year, we honor his birthplace.

What Easter Means To Me

When I saw him upon the cross my heart and mind did ache.
How I could allow this to happen, I must do something, I thought.
An Angel came into my soul, saying he would be reborn.
Three days, then he will rise up into heaven, not to forsake.

Easter day will be remembered for the day he rose to be sought.
Angels will rejoice his rise into his father’s kingdom newly born.
Stories of healings, miracles performed; journeys he did make.
Telling of his sacrifice for all humankind, our salvation bought.
Evil finally destroyed as the earthly waters and mountains are torn.
Revelations tells of his ultimate glorious return, for our soul’s sake.

My soul embraced promises the Angels sang and continually taught.
Every hour, minute, I watched my heart sank into painful scorn.
Another Angel came to me, said do not falter his word, or break.
Never forget the love and companionship, all the happiness he brought.
Sincerity and remembrance is what our lord desires with blessings to adorn.

Take these words and sights to the future; tell them it was no mistake.
Our Lord in Heaven, Gods Son, will return; when final battle is fought.

My children are forgiven all sins; listen closely for the sound of Gabriel’s horn.
Every believer with true love, will live forever, there will be no way, for to fake.

Albatross squawk in high demand
Con morsels from those with soft hearts
Hot bodies bask in the blazing sun
Bikinis boast dangerous curves
Lifeguards patrol tanned to well done
As surfers show off their steel nerves
Nautical transports battle the swells
Kites soar aloft dot the sky
Enveloped in rays and happy kid yells
Transfers to a new level high
Blankets of color protect fragile skin
Immense weight of stress melts away
Nod off gently and try to imagine
Going to work every day

PEACE AND LOVE

People gather from all the nations,
Eating, drinking and cheeering,
At the sight.
Christ the savior,
Expected tonight

Abundence of joy,
No dout in this day,
Decorations of holly,

Look at what he has created,
Open hearts,
Violence be gone
Every where there is faith

MY DREAM HOUSE

HOUSE-a lovely place to share affection.
that is the root from where relation grows.
one day, a fine time it will become a tree.
a wonderful garden at the front and backside of house.
with colorful flowers at front
and sweet fruits and healthy vegetables at back.
a white stony pebbles way which,
leads to the garden park,
which is the place of peace.
a swing in the middle of garden,
keeps us thinking about the ups and downs of life.
house fully painted with white,
indicates the peace.
glassy windows which helps us to
watch the outside world, inside the house.
curtains,sofa,bed,etc., everything is of white
which always tells us to be peace
and to maintain silence and patience.
peace and patience will increase our love,
which makes our relation ship strong and more stronger.
and that's what is the aim of my dream house.

Setting Yourself Free

Setting Yourself Free

Searching exhaustively for the truth in everything one is taught by others.
Extensively evaluating all things in order to find which path to take.
Thoroughly questioning anything that one is informed by anyone, instead of being
      part of the host.
Trusting that everyone has their own path of truth that they follow, however these
paths might not be the right one for the individualist.
Identifying the truths of life by thoroughly researching both sides of every fortune
told by the raja whom is advised by his rani.
Neither believing nor disbelieving one’s knowledge that he has acquired through
      attending the institution.
Gathering data from fervently researching both pros and cons, while using the
      scientific method for truth finding.
Yearning to analyze several paths of truth in order to find the best-fitting for one’s
      way.
Overwhelming being inquisitive towards everything that is advised from a wino.
Understanding the content of all things that one reads from a book, and learns for
      one’s milieu.
Radically experimenting through all of life’s endeavors with hopes of finding at least
one that will catch one’s eyes with grandeur.
Syllogistically gathering information through questioning everyone that one meets.
Enticing oneself while studying every ideology of the world with the passion of a
zealot in order to obtain one’s own way of life.
Laboriously diving into a diverse array of the fountains of knowledge and sifting
through them until he finds the one that will help him prevail.
Fanatically familiarizing oneself with the multitude of ideas that the world has to
offer including science, philosophy, and religious belief.
Frantically fusing one’s learned knowledge with his experiences of experimentation
in life, to help him find proof.
Ravaging through the pillars of light and truth while thoroughly investigating the
words of every prophet, scientist, and philosopher.
Expecting to either find a way of life that is sufficient enough to quench one’s thirst
for knowledge or to simply live life through experience.
Exploring the falsification of any truths that are mere opinions without any
        substantial evidence.

Will I See You Tomorrow

Tomorrow is another day
Outstretch your wings and fly
Milestones can be reached
Only if you beleive in thy self
Relic in the thought
Relax your mind and soul
Or it just won't happen
Will be put off and forgotten
Instead of achieving set goals
So bask under the sun
Ask for a little help from above
Never doubt miracles from God
Or question His motives
To make things happen
Hunger will disapate
Every plate shall be filled
Rejoice and sing aloud
Dance to your hearts content
Another sunrise is coming
You're going to just love to see

Peitro is barely three years old
Eleonora, his great-grandmother, eighty-three
And yet, they are the closest of friends
Carrying on and laughing in the library but
Even the studious patrons don't stare in scold

Over in the children's section Eleonora sits
Neatly on a stool with Peitro and a book in lap

Encouraging him to follow her finger
And help turn the pages and point at the words
Rewarding each repetition he says with "good boy"
They master four or five new words today before
Happily, they pick one for check-out, and go home

II.
---

Protected on the lee side of the mountain
Evergreens seem lighter than the windward side
As we climb the rocky path around the crag
Catching a glimpse, between hemlock and spruce of
Earth below, cradling dimpled hamlets of homes

On each abode, a blanket of thin white
Now muffling the endeavors of mankind

Early tomorrow we will awaken to a pine-scented
Aura in our house and remember that the day is
Rising to reverance, and millennial memories
The whole ritual will again, play out all its
Holy meanings, fulfilling what desires are possible

III.
---

Pumpkins have been traditional for the pie
Even when war or pestilence blanketed like winter
And bells tolled not for soul salvation, but sorrow
Christmas, returns like the prodigal son
Even as the believers huddle together to sing

Oh holy night, The stars are brightly shining
Nestled picture-postcards for annual invitations

Every child, every mother, every bent old man
Allows winter's short light, to shine a new
Ray of gold, or silver, but really, a ray of hope
Through chilled and scant possibilities of
Hearth and home, and hope, for peace on earth

WE

I think of the years between us and
Little snippets of our journey floods my mind.
Life and all it's roads at times difficult

Allowing us the chance to change, to be remade for the
Last of all our tales shall be of our triumphs-
Ways we conquered our self doubt, our impulses
Always giving way to that better me, better you
Yet you walk these roads with a heavy heart
Soul weary and feet blistered and I say to you

Be not afraid of what s to come
Everyone is given only what he or she can bear

Yes I say to it all - the pain, our tears, the laughter
Our fears, - the joy and all these years between us
Underneath it all there lies our blessing and
Redemption in the form of this friendship

For the mistakes, the errs are not erased but" Our Father In Heaven"
Remember is the sweetest prayer
In it we find the mercy he tempers our punishment
Even as we are wrong, we are in his light
No man can take your soul, so walk
Don't run to the end of your life, when it is done, he is there.

The Unknown Soldier (acrostic)

Tales of heroes beyond, the normal despair of war’s plight,
Hearing of these stories, make us all quiver, in the night.
Each of them that go to fight, any battle, with all their might,

Universally, they are unknown soldiers, until names are released.
None knows the others, until their soul’s battle, against the beast.
Kings and political heads, never battle, for what they believe.
Never placed in harms way, they send soldiers; Mothers grieve
Only the loyal subjects take on the heat, from what they weave.
We honor, the Unknown Soldier, without any name, to perceive.
Nearer to God, these soldiers are known, here only deceased.

Secure, they have left us all, until the next battle to be fought.
Onward, we keep sending those to die, for what, a thought.
Listen, to all the stories, we hear of bravery, by them all.
Dear sweet Jesus, take them to your father, standing so tall.
I never fought any battle; I fight my battles with expressions.
Each of us must remember, soldiers, in their professions.
Remembering, who they could have been, not just impressions.

Secrets Of The Pink Floss Diary

Secrets Of The Pink Floss Diary

Pink bubble-gum lip gloss is my signature smack and my best plan of attack.

Italian pumps of the best design prop up my gams,
making them look as if I ran lots of laps that day.

Nights of tango and salsa lessons give me the smoothest moves and
have the fellows asking me for more time on the dance floor.

Kudos the same fellows give me, for being so mellow and easy to get
along with when we’re out on a date.

Full of fun and laughter is what my friends and family all say about me,
they say that’s my best trait.

Learning how to lay back and enjoy the ride of life on the lazy river
is a great thing to enjoy each summer and all throughout life, too
much passes me by if I don’t take time to enjoy my life.

Opening my heart and my mind to people who are near and dear to me;
learning to always be present with those who are so special to me.

Showing those I love, how special they are by expressing to them
how much I love them and how essential they are to my life and
how much joy they bring to my life.

Spontaneously choosing the best moments to express my sexuality
with my soul mate seductively with a simple wink of the eye or the bat
of an eyelash is imperative to keeping our passion ever flowing.

This poem was inspired by Shirley Harrison’s Poem Candy Floss,

THERE IS A U TURN

 Life is smooth-life is rude,
He stands today where yesterday you stood,
What is your today-will not be yours,
Successes are diseases-failures are the cures!

You were not as this when you were in foetus,
The buds give rise and slowly blooms the lotus,
And slowly you grew-you were born as an infant,
And again you grew-the lotus spread its scent!

Now you were a kid full of joy and life,
Everything was a game to you-you’re so innocent,
And slowly you matured-you owned responsibilities and a wife,
And at every step you changed-be it the kid or the infant!

Yesterday you looked up to your father, now you were one too,
Icy fangs blow during the winters but summers kiss the Loo,
He who was once a kid-now himself has a kid,
For every change in life yourself you sow the seed!

Now you seem to understand what you never paid heed to,
You start believing that the Bible and Kuran are really true,
And the second childishness returns when you grow old,
The amazing turn of fate-your kid will now be strong and bold,
And gradually the lotus will rise and fall again,
There will again be winter, summer and the rain!

So a keen observer wishes you to learn,
At every step our lives take a u turn,
For human life is an oblivious compact of stairs,
Where ‘all men and women merely players’,
The truth’ll never be known-hidden beneath the layers!

And every day you live-you’re drilling into the reality,
Slowly you’re getting closer but in the end you’ll see,
There is no truth-no reality-life itself is a lie,
You pass into nothingness-out of the cage, the bird’ll fly!!

Racists, radicals, and warriors who rant worldwide,
Ladies and Gentlemen: laughing loudly, in disbelief.
Desire of my heart is the miracle of understanding.

People, who understand, increase peace in their hearts
Eternally gained wisdom that unchains love’s doors.
As the miracle of miracles becomes reality,
Complete eradication of angry deeds…understanding—

Thanksgiving Day

Today and everyday is worth being thankful.
Having warmth and love given is always thoughtful.
All of us should carry this feeling throughout year.
Not being thankful is just selfish, shows your fear.
Kindness should be showed to all each and everyday.
Sure, it may be tough at first, for your heart to sway.
God gave everyone a mind, heart and soul the same.
Individually we must all prepare and play the game.
Victory shall be the joy and happiness, you bring.
Inventory your heart; let your spirit free to sing.
Never let a sour soul, spoil your delightful song.
God is alive, great, awesome, he is never wrong.

Discover loving essence; make it your quarry.
Allow his honor to grace your existence and story.
You and you alone are the keeper of our Lords glory.

God Bless America

Gracious thought has been dropped from human inhabitants.
Our hearts have become cold and distant to almost everything.
Deference has no meaning for us or any other human.

Before we can carry onward, we must remember the beginning.
Lessons remembered are the key to our future roads to travel.
Every soul must search inward to see where we are headed.
Success is truly wonderful and we have fulfilled our winning.
Success without faith is gone, and the road less traveled tortures.

America has blessed each one of us from the beginning in faith.
Mercy is upon our leaders, for they have lost the true reality.
Erasing their hearts and minds of the reality, united we stand.
Refuse greed mongers of their desires, replacing with honesty.
Individuality of the representatives was our ancestor’s goal.
Call out God Bless America in truth, faith, freedom, to all.
Anything less will be the end of whatever time we have left.

Pretoria isn't far from Soweto yet
Earth's curve still hid each from the other
As blind eyes denied the other's pride
Colored only, European only - apartheid
Eradicated, chance for understanding

Only blood and bombs could determine
Negro and white would kill or unite

Events can tangent to unexpected turns
And lead down paths we wouldn't bet
Reconciliation became a possibility as
The village elder Tata gently guided
Hatred and fear toward a new Peace On Earth

II.
---

Pennies rattle to the bottom of the pot
Each time someone tosses their change in
Assets casually or hopefully tossed aside
Cash-n-carry with bags of Christmas pride
Eager to get home to cook up a hot dinner

Only Eunice stands stoic in place
Nary a passerby looks at her face

Eunice has been there for twelve seasons now
And tonight is no different because snow changes to
Rain and then tapers to a west-blown wind
To her, it's the heart that owns the spirit and
Her "Happy Holidays" bell rings of Peace On Earth

III.
---

Punching pink nose through the slight snow
Early on the cold winter's morning
As dark Lapis sky grades to brighter dawn blues
Creatures peer from slumbering hideaways as
Earth slowly rotates them toward old Sol

Oak of red, Aspen of white or Spruced up
Needles greening under the dry-snow branches

Each and every snow-crystal glistens prisms
All colors, all directions - all is quiet
Rabbits, squirrels, and other fur-creatures
Together with many birds come to witness that
Humans are absent from this Peace On Earth

Peace, If only --Contest

Peace such a small word
Every letter rolls off the tongue
Assuring you of an undying calm
Calmness is not for many
Each day so many die

Peace sign means forgiveness
Each one of us must hold out a hand
Accept the love of each other
Celestial love must reign
Everywhere fighting must cease

Personally, peace means nature
Every flower bud a new beginning
All children revered and cared for
Casting the first stone does not equate
Everlasting love to one another

Peace sign to me shows that people care
Each one of us responsible
Accepting liability for our own space
Calling on all nations to comply
Echoing the sounds of solidarity

Peace on earth I cherish so much without doubt
Even if rancour exist between many nations
Active participation in peace talks brings about
Cumulative efforts to end external aggressions
Existing between the Jews,Palestinians and other nations

Orchestrated by selfish interest, religious bigotry and favoritism
Now is the time to shun racism, ethnicity and neocolonialism

Expanded programs on maintenance of peace would be a good notion
Action must be taken against leaders who commit genocide secretly
Reports made on any country producing weapon of mass destruction
The superpowers must demonstrate love by conceding more to really
Help the poorer nations to overcome their economic quagmires.

Every one of you must listen carefully to me.
Time told a story that we all began to mimic.
Each day became the same, losing our Ta Da.
Rightfully we all went separate ways and far.
Not one, but two kept your hopes by praying.
Amazing watching them go and watching all!
Like you I was in disbelief without my Ta Da.
Goodness gracious Lord Almighty I made it in.
Rare I tell you all marveling too when I’m near.
Astonishing sights left behind but ahead a gate.
Come here come now Wallah wants me to meet,

death is dead
Death is overcome
By Jesus our Lord.

Nine One One

Nine minutes, to become a hero, what could be done?
Individuals, gathering, for one goal, act as one.
No one knows, exactly how this tragedy, begun.
Exemplary persons stepped up, under the gun.

Our thoughts and prayers will go forever more.
Near and far memories will live in our hearts core.
Emptiness felt of losses, along with devastating gore.

Our past should guide us, never let down, our guard.
Never again, to let enemies, deal us, a deadly card.
E Pluribus Unum will always guide our spirits hard.

Civilization

Can it survive without hope, honor, and compassion?
Intensifying anger, prejudice, and fright, in any fashion,
Validates the corruption, destruction of the human race,
Insecurities fear, and dishonor is what we must face.
Learning to collectively share, stop the bigotry now.
Individualism completely supported, with a solemn vow.
Zeal for togetherness, love, and consideration for all,
Acting civilized only is the key to humankinds fall.
Telling each other we are cultured will not make it so.
I am not sure that the human race can rise from its low.
Only living each day refining ourselves, will find the key.
Now and onward of tomorrow will the true enlightened see.

Peace Up

P people need to wake up!
E everyone needs a shake up!
A all the world's a fake up!
C chains that hold can break up!
E earth can then all make up!

O or wither and die, like fallen leaves,
N nuclear winter, with no air to breathe.

E exactly How?...Open their minds, with desire to know,
A all the wondrous beauty life has to show,
R ripples of consciousness, from Eternal Rivers flow,
T that awaken our minds, let them grow,
H humanity, can then illuminate, with a warm fuzzy glow!!

Strong Tower

Shelter here sweet child of fragile soul.

Take refuge from those raging

Rapids of life, threatening to

Overpower and drown you in misery.

Navigate your way past the taunting

Ghosts of past regrets and

Turn to Me once more.

Open the swollen eyes of your sorrow

Weary one and come hither.

Embrace My forgiveness and fear not;

Run to Me and I will welcome you home.

A Father's Verdict

coursing through our veins,
our contempt has reached its pinnacle.
nay! we disapprove sympathetic verdict. We
demand death by way of life! Two counts.
every breath that is taken must be
manipulated by tight cement room.
never again will your eyes taste freedom. we want your life.

Worlds End

Why is it we always believe profits of doom of words.
Only human nature believes the worst and hope for best
Reality is that we strive to be worried in great herds.
Listening to the worst of times hiding from our zest.
Dealing in hardship and bigotry, when we are all the same,
Seduction of evil seems to be all and everyone’s game.

Evil is not the demon we should be fighting against today.
Nearer to each other, we should be and that would be the way.
Driving away prophetic doom, precious peace would play.

Armenian Triumph

Ages have past, but the past never forgotten ever.
Remembering the pain and agony will remain forever.
Men, women, and children destroyed for no cause.
Energy from their souls lives on without pause.
Never forgetting, possibly forgiving in a future time.
Individuals once but now belonging to a horrid crime,
Angels now caress their souls and sing their praise.
Now we must in our hearts a monument raise.

Tears of woe will pass growing triumph from now on.
Realistic dreams of a future without pain will come upon.
Individuals, couples, and all that suffered in the past.
Unanimously we pray that our future will truly cast.
Many everlasting triumphs of love and peace in our land,
Preparing every soul for the glory upon us will stand.
Here and forever with faith and love our souls ever so grand.

Spirit of Independence

Securing the welfare of humanity was the key.
Preparing for the worst, with the best yet to see,
Independence is worth anything, to be free.
Rich of blood, the first to know it was Royalty.
Intelligence was what drove it to you and me.
Total freedom never been honored to thee.

Our blessings are richer then ancestors decree.
Fences unblocked, time will decide what will flee.

Ideas change, but basics, will always remain to be.
Not just honor from death, peace will continue to plea.
Disillusion of many, what true freedom brings to degree.
Each of us must set in our hearts, peace, do not you agree.
Preparing to lay waste to all our selfish and childish debris,
Enchantingly the hopes that all good things come in threes,
Never delivering any work, to win, the remaining jubilee.
Demanding it will never come from any political party.
Each of us may never buy it or find on any marquis.
Not yet to be supplied or gave in any major quantity,
Challenges of this “Spirit of Independence” are our destiny.
Exoneration of all our guilt will teach us its identity.

Merry Christmas

My friends and enemies, I send best wishes of cheer.
Especially my poetic friends, I send joy next year.
Rich talent of words I wish, to all those who read.
Rhythmic flow in all poetic lines, expressed indeed.
Your lines of poetry, blessed with joy so sincere.

Christmas time has joy and happiness for all.
Having peace and love, shared broad and tall,
Reaching out to others, giving with true feelings,
I send out to poetry soup family, great dealings.
Secret blessings from the spirit of this season,
True passion of faith, my heart sends in reason.
Merry Christmas, to all the poets on the earth,
Allowing their freedom of words with worth,
Sincerely, I wish superb and joyous mirth.

Rose of Absence

To those whom ask for nothing
Here and now, I give you
Every mans suffering

Before I
Lay me down never to rise again
As I give to you
Closure before it begins
Knowing only this will salvage your truth

Receive the gift
Of your saddened angel
Stand, be blessed upon thy lips
Embrace my end

The Gospel of Peace

Greet all men
Of different cultures
Of different races of
Different places as your

Next door Neighbors;
Especially, when they are
Wounded, ambushed and
Stripped bare.

Pour in the oil and the wine.
Restore to health
Every breach creating
Amicable relations.
Clothe and feed your
Enemies and let not
Disdain come from

The author of lies and
Of confussion, but let the

Author of Peace give you
Love and compassion for all
Lands of color and culture.

A Holy Kiss

A blessed greeting, intended, for all

How sweet it is, for, it comes from my soul
Of my acceptance, of you, depart not, from my call
Let not your ignorance, of me, betray your own soul
Your earthly knowledge, depend not, lest you fall

Kiss me in spirit, as I greet you, with a holy kiss
Inspire…and live in my righteousness, my body
Soul for soul, welcome me, with a holy kiss
So that you regain life, by being inside, my body

A walk in the clouds

A walk in the clouds.
Is what we all need to see heaven's holy city.
Where our pain and trials are no more.
Our tears gone forever, because we can see our Lord.
In the clouds where we can see His love all around, shining like the sun over a
rainbow after the summer rain.
That brings us a cool breeze and drops of rain.
On the rose that blooms and leaves us the sweet smell of love.
That is endless and tenderness that only Jesus can show.
So take a walk in the clouds closer to Jesus love.

Caring

Consider everything everyone else wants and needs
Afterwards, you can then spend time worrying about you
Remember to not be selfish, selfless is what to be
Invite all into your heart, by everything that you do
Neglecting others is not the way to show you care
Give fully of yourself and in return, they will care for you.

Satisfaction

Some say it’s the money you have or size of the house
Actually, it’s the way you feel when you feel whole
Trying to always have more, attain the gold pot
Interrupts the true meaning, you should have been told
Secretly, you should have it when you are happy
Frequently, too, for it should just be a simple part
Aspire to better yourself, not or never your status
Creating the true feeling meant for your heart
Try your best to smile at all the small things
Inviting others to always try to do the same
Offering them the value of word and your spirit
Next and last, showing, having more is just a game

Satisfaction comes from having what truly makes one happy, what makes you
happy?

JESUS CHRIST

Jehovah once sent down his only true son for the price of our sin to be relieved
Eternally promising his salvation to every Christian that will simply believe
Symbolizing God in human form, he walked with us here in the shoes of man
Understanding about our temptations - yet pure and righteous he would stand
Sacrificing it all just to save our lost souls - upon the cross his own life he gave

Creating hope for every sinner that is blessed by his mercy when they are saved
Holy is his sweet and precious name that really must not ever be taken in vain
Read all about him and what he stood for - It is found in the Bible written plain
Instrumentally was used by our Father above to give everyone a fighting chance
Saving our sins if we will just ask and repent - He forgives without second glance
Testament for believers with faith in the Lord - eternal life is what we will soon find

But our time's running out to get right with God and no one wants to be left behind
