Thank you Leonora, for sharing. Your grandpa should be honored as a hero. Besides my husband in the Navy for 20 years, I also had one son in the navy in Desert Storm , and another son in the air force making bombs in Wash. Blessings and Merry Christmas dear friend

When ever I see or meet a Vet, the first thing I do is walk up to him and say "Thank-you Sir" Its amazing how such a tiny gesture is really appreciated!!

They do, my husband fought in the Vietnam war, so his memories of how he was treated here in the states were very sad. The future brings hope. Thank you, Arthur, for being the angel God has given them. Blessings to you sir
