Andrea, there was definitely a sense of disbelief that such a tragedy could occur on American soil and the despair continued as people searched for loved ones, clinging to hope in the aftermath. Yes we all felt that disorentation i think Andrea, that and in my case many insights passages of scripture and a great sobering of my character...a sad sad day..

Ten years later and it's still not real. How can we imagine just how we feel. The evil inside of our fellow man. Leaves us to deal with what ever we can.

it was a horrible tragedy and we all could not believe what we were seeing. Your poem says it all. I have not been on line today so just stopped in for a moment and now making supper so got to run. love phyl
