The Sadness In My Soul

The Sadness in my Soul At first it was joy, many hugs and kisses we gave eachother. Life was smiling at us. We went to many places, you and I. We never had fights, or big time arguments. We just lived happy, back in those days. The years passed and we were still together. I thought that nothing could cloud our happiness. Destiny has a date to keep. One day God called you and you went with Him. I was left alone - not knowing what to do. Now I sit here remembering the past, looking at old pictures. Lucilla, I can feel your grief. It is a terrible void that replaces the spot in a heart that has lost someone special. I wrote one some time ago that expresses it a little differently. Awesome write, I believe they never leave us/ or they give us signs, such as a few days ago my b-day balloons were on the floor. I came back into my b-room. They were on my bed. My mom face came into view ;} She's been on the other side since 1995. I BELIEVE, thank you for reading my Change of Season ;}

The loss of loved ones is very hard indeed. You may feel that a part of you has been taken with them... And that's the love that you shared. Try not to look back, and keep looking forward! For that is what your loved one would want. Not for you to remain forever unhappy. You will meet again... Keep looking forward to that day. We all have a time and place... Don't waste the time you've been given. I hope this doesn't sound to harsh? That is not my intention. Just trying to cheer you up. :o)

My dearest, Lucy, I wish no-one to be in your position! In the position to lose the most beloved person someone may have! For more than thirty years I am consoling people that have lost love ones and it is so hard, especially with mothers. My poem "THE CROSSING" is an effort to alleviate some of the pain! God bless you. Your poem is excellent for it is true and sincere, real and beautiful, for that alone a 7!
