Revise my poem and placed " The Instructor"

The Instructor Oil painting is my passion Perfect setting, I do possess She’s instructing the class I’m inspired Brushes flow effortlessly “The instructor” I, dub Everyone is enthusiastic when The county fair comes around Delicious food is consumed Buying wares that are for sale Admiring all the sorts of arts Animal exhibits and Rodeo Music concert always packed and loud Parents attempt to keep track of Children that run from place to place To get in line for the carnival rides But the art contest is the one I am excitedly searching for So many entries are on display I look anxiously for mine So many I exam Worthy of 1st place blue ribbon I'm really starting to get discouraged Ashamed I’m feeling As I keep searching Just around the corner There on the bottom row “The instructor” I see my painting on display A first place blue ribbon on its frame To my silent excitement My body calms with elated joy A smile I can’t seem to erase I stand there and admire the big blue ribbon on the frame 1/8/2015

Look at the poems Roosevelt Elk, God’s Little Children,Sweet Smiles Of Innocents, Our Savior Is Born, I wrote. All the paintings our my work,” Our Savior Is Born” is a copy of an old artist. I have a habit of posting my work on facebook then after a week or two I take them off.

When you submit a poem to a contest I think the sponsor can only see the actual written words and not the image - I remember the image so vividly - do you have any on the web I could could look at? the image of the flower the artist and the 2 pics of the baby are ingrained in my mind that's why i remembered I'd seen it before!!! hugs jan xxx

Jan, you are so awesome; I love your inspiring comment. I noticed my poem didn't go into the contest last night, I just figured that it was because of the painting. But I am totally glad because I rewrote almost all, the top two paragraphs and I do like what I wrote. Bless you sweet friend
