The Deepest Scar

A knock at your door in the classic sense
The heat in this breeze curtains sway
The brevity of life in our hands
A millennium with a view
Where foreign bodies congregate
While in my shoes they choose to wait
In historical buildings throughout the darkest fate
Like a broken hydra boldly knowing
The cure to be surreal
The volume reaching bending far enough
To fill the deepest scar
All I wanted was your heart
A presuming chance to take
To miss without aiming hysterical dreaming
In the veiled wood hope of inclusion
Where my love goes boom
Suddenly somewhere I'm not broken
I was the sliver for the fuel to ignite
And with surgical precision I just am
