You are right. I did enjoy this. You might want to check your spelling though. I have a hard time with that aspect of writing as well. Thanks for the nice comment and for introducing me to your wonderful poetry.

I like this, but how did igneous ever get into the wheel? HOT! Metamorphosis perhaps, change of physical form? Whatever. Congrats on this selection. Love, daver

Thank you very much for the wonderful encouragement! I am very new to poetry, So I wasn't sure how I did. Keith, I put the title in parentheses becuase I like how it looks! :0) And Amy, I got my insipration from my mother, she still "Spins" yarn, yes, it is still a thing people do!

'igneous,' 'ramouillet,' ...marvelous word choices. A propulsive flow, again with the '-ing' verbs. Why did you put your title in parentheses? ...just wonderin'. A cool piece! Best wishes, Keith (PS feel welcome now? I hope so!)

I like this, great visual! I love those old spinning wheels, reminds me of the one my grandmother used to have, as a kid I would love to spin it around and around, as you so well stated, hypnotized by it. Thanks for sharing and happy holidays! God bless, Amy :)
