The soft drip-drop of spring's light rain Gently strokes Oaks' tender leaves Removing all early pollen Cleansing air we now breathe The fog clings to mother earth's brow Like a silver jeweled crown Kindly caressing each Pine Tree With moisture trickling down

A gem of a poem Sara. No I do not live near the ocean but I do love the ocean and watch many nature shows. I live in the heart of the prairies or you can call it cowboy country.lol love phyl
