I freed Pride A long time Ago- I closed that Illusionary Window- Jive time Ego Took wings And flew Away- That was a Wonderful Day- So I began To write What I thought Was right- Poetry has its Own Mind It never follows Suggestions Or Advice- It's completely Free To follow only What it thinks Is right- Right or Wrong The writers words Stands on Its Own

Just That Archaic Poet

Interesting piece and interesting structure. You have some good verses here and there. The format is really the only thing I find aesthetically displeasing; I wish the verses had been more tightly packed together, but that's just a personal preference of mine. All in all, pretty good write :)
