Poetrysoup Heroes

When I first came on the stage of poetry soup, You greeted me with encouraging words; Then slowly we became the best of poetic friends forever, You gifted me with a Lifetime Membership just because; Now you are an angel in heaven watching over me. Another forever friend who I call on for help, She sure knows grammar and punctuation; And her rhyming and meter is always perfection to behold, When I am in a dither she is there to help me to do it right; I can send a soupy mail and she will guide me through. Oh I am so happy to have a very nice lady, Who knows my eyesight is not that good; So when she sees a little typo in my poem and poetry, She does not hesitate to let me know so I can fix it up; This kind of compassion is so special if you ask me. Although I was only able to mention three poets in this contest, there are so many who are so meaningful to me and have helped me over the years to perfect my poetry, I wish I could mention every single name! You are all awesome.
