Poetry Soup Is a Blessing

This Poetry Soup is a blessing to me Allowing me the chance to meet So many wonderful people round the world Making the circle complete Never before has this ever been possible Could lead to better understanding Know this sounds like a grandiose idea Can never tell where it's landing Have to start somewhere, why not here Promoting peace and harmony With all the great minds presiding here Offering a peaceful philosophy Do I sound out of touch, a bit off the wall Oblivious to how the world works Not at all I insist, if we all band together Round the bend world harmony lurks I know, I know, this man is a dreamer Smoking up some funny weeds Just leave me alone as I dream of Utopia Never know where this all may lead This Poetry Soup is a blessing to me Allowing me the chance to meet So many wonderful people round the world Making the circle complete © Jack Ellison 2013

OK Dragon I'll tell him! Hold your pants on! Literally! You torn that seam again... You grow fast!... Ok! Ok!...Dragon says don't forget him! It's allowed you to meet him... Gee Dragon! You were in that group, too! What do you mean you want to be first!... Silly Dragon! He's not forgetting about you... Nobody can... LOL... Now stop mooning everyone and go change your pants... I'll keep your breakfast warm!... Honest! (In my tummy)... LOL! Don't worry... We're making him new warm ones, with coco.

lol. I know your birth name is Charles (or Carles, as you sometimes prefer). I remember well the poem you wrote about the confusion with your names. I like the idea of Kenny.
